The first thing that will attract you to our beautiful condo is that it is truly a ski-in, ski-out unit. The back deck is right on the 4 o'clock ski run. Just step down onto the run and begin your day!
Once you arrive at our home, you'll see that ski-in, ski-out is just one of the amenities you'll enjoy.
Our home has been beautifully remodeled throughout, including kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom home. And, it has alot of space for a 2 bedroom - you will not feel crowded.
Condo has a combination kitchen, dining, living room for roomy, open feel. We offer a full kitchen with counter bar for extra seating, large open living area with cozy fireplace and a deck off the living room to watch the skiers during the winter or enjoy the peaceful solitude during summer rentals.
The master bedroom features two full size bed with an attached bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, with access to the bathroom down the hall. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit.
This condo has the amenities to truly relax after a hard day of skiing or snowboarding. Complex boasts an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the Four O'Clock ski run. Pool and hot tubs are located just down the covered walk way from the unit.
Summertime is also an excellent time to visit our condo. Quiet, nature setting, backing to the wetlands of Four O'Clock Run, with a deck area and barbecue grill for enjoying nature and wildlife on your private deck.
Tyra Summit also offers covered, underground parking for your added convenience.
This condo sleeps 6 people very comfortably.

Year Purchased: 1992
Retired banker/wife is a quilter- with 2 married sons and 4 granddaughters. Our entire family loves using our "mountain home" as much as possible, winter and summer. Summer hiking, fishing and golfing consume our days (plus my wife's accent on quilting) and of course skiing is great with true ski in and out from our deck--just 2-3 steps to the slopes!
Why the Owner Chose Tyra Summit
We chose Breckenridge to buy property due to its "family" feel and ease of travel to and from Denver when flying in. We also knew many other families who already had a 2nd home here and we visited often as our family grew up.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Winter is great due to the nature of the 4 mountains open to skiing. Also, the ease of taking a break from skiing and coming inside for a leisurely lunch then quickly returning to skiing for the remainder of the day is great--avoids those long lines and costly lunches on the mountain. Although we normally have a car when here, the availability of a free shuttle service for going quickly into town for dinner, etc is another feature we enjoy.
Summer activities are also super with several hiking trails available from our condo. Also, the several close by great golf courses see much use by our family. Finally, the very convenient location of our pool and 2 hot tubs is a nice way to finish off the day!

Our family has been making yearly ski trips to Colorado for fifteen years. We have tried several locations including Winter Park, Sol Vista and others. Our first stay in Breckenridge was 2008 after that we were hooked. The city of Breckenridge is simply breath taking with it's family warmth and old town history. Both trips 2008 and 2009 we were guest at the Tyra Summit. We were very satisfied with both stays. With our family growing and now consisting of grown children and grandchildren the location and size of this unit is impeccable. The ski in/ski out is perfect allowing for one or all to come and go as desired. The deck is a perfect place for the older and younger members of the family to watch and or play. With the convenience of stepping just inside for warmth and relaxation. The accommodations are so comfortable you feel very much at home. We highly recommend this unit for your vacation. We look forward to returning as guest ourselves in the future.
