Esperanza is an upscale vacation rental in the La Quinta area of Palm Springs…a spacious executive home in a wonderful gated community. Large 1/2 acre lot is beautifully landscaped and features a custom pool, spa, waterfall & plenty of outdoor furnishings for entertaining, dining, lounging, swimming.

This luxury home is turn-key ready for your arrival with luxury furnishings & decor, high thread count linens, towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, barbecue & 5-star hotel quality amenities & extras.

This one level home is only 3-years old, & tastefully upgraded with custom paint, granite & tile work, fireplace and much more. The kitchen features slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, double oven with convection, microwave, and refrigerator with ice & water dispensers.

The Family Room features a big screen High-Definition TV with DVD and VHS, a separate Liquor Cabinet/Bar Table. Dining Room table seats 8, plus another 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Living Room/Game Room features a full-size pool table. There is a work desk area in the dining room (with available printer/fax machine) and another desk in the Den/Bedroom #5 for that “working vacation”.

Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, TV with DVD, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tiled shower and spacious master closet. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #5 has 2 XL-Twin (Extra Length) beds. There is a deluxe Queen air-bed and single rollaway bed available. Total of 8 separate bed units available. Sleeps 10-13. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Relax on the large back patio area of this La Quinta area executive home around the private and heated custom salt-water pool & spa, cascading rock waterfall, pool tanning shelf, lush and colorful landscaping of palm trees and cool turf areas. The dramatic night lighting comes on automatically, as the steaks are sizzling on the propane barbecue. Plenty of outdoor seating: there are several chaise lounge and poolside chairs, plus the rear yard has two tables with a total of 6 additional chairs and the front courtyard has two more chairs.

Watch classic & current hit movies from the DVD and VHS library. Pick out a book to read from the mini-library. There are plenty of board and table games. There is even an extra set of golf clubs in the closet!

Other amenities include telephone with free local and unlimited long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, a fully-equipped laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. There is extra parking space behind the fence if you want to bring your boat and plan a side trip over to the Colorado River! Sorry, no-smoking inside home. Please inquire about pets. Will consider some well-trained pets.
