Great golf, comfort, and relaxation await you at our condominium at The Brooks, a guard-gated golf community developed by the Bonita Bay Group. Because of its commitment to environmental quality, Bonita Bay Group was recently certified as an Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary, one of only two such certified communities in Florida.
Spring Run at The Brooks is a par 72 championship course which offers many expanses of water with undulating greens and five tees that challenge all levels of golfers. For a $212 membership transfer fee, you can golf for a month, paying only cart fees.
Our upper-level condominium has a feeling of spaciousness with its vaulted ceilings and a 12-foot expanse of glass opening onto a furnished lanai that offers a panoramic view of the sixth hole at Spring Run. Because a pond separates the condominium from this par three hole, you will enjoy privacy as you read the paper in the morning, grill a burger or steak on the electric grill, or sip a beverage and enjoy the scenery and listen to the abundant wildlife at Spring Run.
The condominium includes two bedrooms and two baths, dining and living rooms as well as a kitchen with cafe eating area and a breakfast bar. All furnishings are chosen with comfort in mind as you relax in the living room, listen to music on the CD/DVD player, or watch a movie on the 40-inch television, complete with surround sound.
Additionally, each bedroom is furnished with a television set and the master bedroom has a VCR. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, bathroom, and walk-in closet; the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All floors except the bedrooms are furnished with large ceramic tiles; bedrooms are carpeted. The completely-equipped kitchen and dining areas offer an ambience of Tuscany.
Pools and hot tubs are spread throughout the complex. The nearest one is only a short walk from the condominium, about five buildings away. Stroll or bike the numerous paths and enjoy the professionally landscaped grounds at The Brooks or play a game of tennis on the courts adjacent to the clubhouse.
Spring Run at The Brooks is in an outstanding location, only four and one-half miles from the beach, less than 20 minutes from Fort Myers airport, with restaurants and shopping at Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Center and Miromar Outlet Mall only a few minutes away.
