Four Winds Condominiums are oceanfront condos and are directly across the street from the ICW. Our unit is a flat unit featuring two bedrooms, two baths with approx. 1200 sq. feet. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a pull-out-couch which would allow for a total occupancy of six. It is a non-smoking unit and we do not allow pets.
Our unit is completely furnished and is equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, linens and dishes. All utilities and cleaning fees are included in the rental fee, however, taxes are not.
Condo amenities include two heated pools, tennis courts, basketball court and shuffle board. There is also additional parking for a boat or small RV.
