"Pinch Me, I’m Dreaming" is located in the private community of Seacrest Beach, right next to Rosemary Beach. Our home is just a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches or you can climb aboard Seacrest Beach’s private beach shuttle that will pick you up at our front door and take you right to the beach! Take a leisurely stroll down our brick paver streets lined with palm trees and you will discover the beautiful 12,000 square foot swimming pool area with waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to soak up the sun.
Pinch Me, I’m Dreaming is a four-bedroom, four bath beach home that has been furnished with those special extras that will make your vacation more relaxing. The 37” LCD Flat screen TV in the Living Room will allow you to catch the game or watch a movie in style. The gourmet kitchen is set off by granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you will need, whether you just want to brew an excellent cup of coffee to enjoy on the tower deck or prepare a full meal for everyone in the house. The Cottage White Queen Size Bedroom is located on the first floor with an adjacent bathroom. The laundry room is also on the first floor and features a full size washer and dryer.
The second floor houses the two very large King Size Master Suites. One of the Master bathrooms features a separate shower with the incredibly relaxing overhead “Rain” shower head as well as a Jacuzzi tub.
On the third level you will find the large bedroom that was furnished with our two children and their cousins in mind. It has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed which allows a total of five people to sleep comfortably in this room. The third floor also has one of our favorite getaways in the house, the tower bar and covered deck. From the deck you can enjoy the gulf breezes and the vivid sunsets.
Pinch Me, I’m Dreaming has a TV and DVD player in every bedroom in addition to the 37” Flat Screen with DVD/VCR player in the Living Room. The AM/FM, CD player is also in the Living Room. We keep a golf cart at the house for our guests to take to the pool or just go for a pleasant ride through the neighborhood (Additional Fee of $75/wk or longer stays or $12/day for less than one week stays).
There are plenty of golfing opportunities within a few miles of our home. Rosemary Beach offers clay court tennis weekly memberships or lessons. Outlet shopping, outdoor concerts, and a wide variety of restaurants are within walking distance up to a 15 minute drive away.
If you enjoy biking or jogging, there is a 19 mile long paved bike/jogging/walking path that will take you through all the beachside communities along Scenic Hwy. 30-A.
The free Seacrest Beach Tram Service runs from the second week of March until the first weekend in October.

Property worked well for us. We needed a pet friendly, bedroom on the main floor for my dad, and room for rest of family and this property had it all. Master bedroom with jetted tub was nice. The other bedroom on second floor and big room on third floor gave us plenty of room. Had nice view on third floor. Golf cart extra bonus in getting around the area. We were walking distance to Rosemary Beach where rest of family were staying.

Perfect location for me and my girlfriends! The use of the golf cart was very nice and the transportation provided was very quick and friendly. The place was perfect in size for 6 ladies but it needs to be cleaned up. The carpets upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floor need to be changed out or replaced with wood. The beds, couches and chairs all need to be replaced. Great location- Overall we had a great time but felt like the place was a bit run down and needed a good scrubbing and some new paint.
Owner response:We had the carpets steam cleaned after their stay. We vacationed here in September and the carpet was in great shape and clean. PMID is a popular house to rent, so we are incorporating a bi-monthly carpet cleaning schedule. The entire first floor and the stairwells were repainted in December 2011. The microfiber couch is fine but will be replaced in February 2012. The mattresses are great, but we did replace the comforters and bedspreads.

Our stay at Pinch Me I Am Dreaming was wonderful. Our "group" included 5 adults. 4 teenagers from 13-18, and two children 8 and 10. This home offered more than enough space for all; and the teenagers having the upper floor truly enjoyed their privacy. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the pool(s) that are so large that even on busy days there is plenty of room. You are just a short tram ride from the beach. I must say the drivers of the trams are extremely nice and personable. Every effort is made to pick you up quickly when you call. While the beaches were crowded, I can't say that they were so crowded you could not enjoy your time there relaxing and playing in the surf. You are close enough to Panama City Beach to drive in and enjoy the sights and shopping, but not have to stay in the hustle and bustle of a high tourist area. One thing that was thoroughly enjoyed by our group was the golf cart that was available for the renters, it was nice to have for rides to the pool, or to the end of the complex if you did not want to wait for the tram to the beach, and many evening tours of the complex. I believe anyone who rents this home will be well satisfied.

We loved staying at PMID. It was at the end of the street and very private. The kids loved being able to ride their bikes throughout the neighborhood and the trail right next to the house was perfect for bocce ball. It was so much easier going to the beach or the pool with the golf cart. That was definitely a favorite of all! PMID had all the things that we needed and there was plenty of room for two families to stay there. We would definitely rent this house again!

Visiting this fabulous house has become a family tradition. Very spacious and has everything we need. We appreciate the extra touches like movies, DVD/TV in each room, golf cart, some beach toys. The master bedroom and bath is very nice, awesome shower and separate bath with jacuzzi!! Great for the traveler who needs to relax. Other bedrooms very nice too. The third floor is great for the kids to have a separate sleep and play area. Each floor having a balcony is also a major plus!!! Some may need to know that it is 3 floors, meaning many stairs to climb. We love the location being at the end of the street, gives it a very private feel. Having the pool access is excellent, you feel like you are at a resort. Very beautiful pool area and well maintained. Getting to the beach is also very easy, within walking distance or easily accessible by the golf cart service (drivers very nice). Short drive or walk to an adequate number of restaurants and shopping. Everything you could need to make meals is provided in the kitchen and grocery stores are very close. Love the location, community, and everything about it.

We had an awesome time there in Rosemary Beach/PCB and staying at PMID was the perfect place for a family of 8 and a dog!!!! The whole family had plenty of room to do whatever they wanted and not be in each others way. We either spent most of our time outside on the top porch relaxing or downstairs in the living room watching TV....that is when we were not at the amazing pool!!!!! The whole complex is beautiful. We will be going back!!!!

We loved your rental property. We had 9 adults and 3 children stay there and it worked out great. The golf cart the owners provide is a huge benefit, since the home is located towards the back of the neighborhood. However, the neighborhood does provide free shuttle service to the pool and beach, which was a great benefit as well. The pool, shops, and restaurants are hard to beat. We have stayed at places near this property and have had problems from bugs to mold that caused us not to come back. This was not an issue with this property. The only drawbacks I noticed was some of the kitchen items being broken, the size of the grill provided and no internet connection. I would this property to anyone visiting this area.

We spent a week at PMID this past June and it was a great trip. The house is at the end of a quiet street with great views. It is comfortably decorated and has a great layout. The golf cart is a fabulous amenity and Seacrest has a wonderful pool.. We will definitely look to book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! It really has everything you could think of - bikes, golf cart, beach gear, etc. Loved the area, the beach was gorgeous, and we would definitely recommend!
