Founders Pointe and Fraser Crossing are the first new buildings to welcome "The Village at Winter Park Resort". This condo is first class all the way, large bedroom with king-size bed, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TV in the living area, tile entry, soaking tub and separate shower in the nicely appointed bathroom, FULL KITCHEN--not a kitchenette.
Park in the heated underground parking garage and take the elevator up to this roomy condo. Enjoy peek-a-boo views of Mary Jane from the balcony. The activities deck, sure to be a highlight summer or winter, is located two floors below.
Directly across the street from Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Founders Pointe has great access to the slopes. Pick up your skis from the locker in the ski storage room and walk a short distance to the Zephyr lift. After a great day of boarding or skiing, enjoy the 40 person hot tub located on the activities deck.
If you tire of the slopes, Grand County has other diversions as well. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, Hot Sulphur Springs. Warm weather fun includes hiking, fishing, mountain biking, white water rafting, boating, golf, and of course, Rocky Mountain National Park.

Why the Owner Chose Founders Pointe
Winter Park is a off the beaten path yet close to Denver. Once you exit I-70 and head over Berthoud Pass, you are worlds away. The hustle and bustle of many of Colorado's busy ski resorts is not what you will find in Winter Park. Instead expect a family atmosphere and some of the most beautiful scenery that you'll find in Colorado. Winter Park and Grand County are home to excellent restaurants and spas. Because we live in the area, ask for our favorites.

Skip the town bus system and stay in the heart of the resort village. Walk 2-3 minutes to the lifts.
Owner's Map of Founders Pointe
We fell in love with Winter Park and the entire Grand County area many years ago. In 1999, we purchased our first condo in Winter Park. Since then, we have not skied anywhere else! In addition to skiing, we spend the winters snowshoeing. Our summer hobbies include hiking, boating on Lake Granby, and golf. Al is an active member of the Grand County Search & Rescue. He is an avid mountaineer on a quest to summit the highest peak on each of the 7 Continents and hopes to accomplish this goal no later than 2010. Darlene loves to hike, especially with Colt, a black lab she adopted from the Grand County Animal Shelter. She participates annually in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. We both love to travel and thoroughly enjoy helping others discover Winter Park and Grand County.
