Listing was better than described in ad. Photos do not do this unit justice... great balcony and views of Village! Owner was very responsive with answers to questions. Very clean and well maintained. We were able to ski WP every day, very convenient to ticket windows, lifts, and WP Village shops and restaurants.

Better than the pictures. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. New, clean, well maintained and a nice view of the village and hot tub deck. The hot tub was the ticket after each day of skiing. The proximity to the Village and the Zephyr Lift made for an enjoyable walk. Our morning routine was me getting a wagon in front of Starbuck's, come back to load up our skis and boots. Then, take the 2-3 minute walk to Balcony House to rent a day locker for 1.50. I had 11 and 13 yr old skiers that preferred not to walk in ski boots, so the lockers worked out great. You do have access to Founders Pointe ski lockers on the main floor next to the small lobby area. Family from Denver met us and stayed in Frasier Crossing (next to Founders) in a nice 2 bedroom unit. Our hot tub was much bigger though. We skied Wed, Thur and Fri. during Spring Break and a NASTAR competition and our longest wait was 5 minutes to get on the Zephyr lift. The Zephyr was our starting point every morning. The mountain is beautiful and there is terrain for every level. We ski the greens and blues. I liked all the blues Mary Jane had to offer, particularly Forget Me Not and Wildwood Glade. There are some stretches of flat terrain as you get closer to some lifts so try to build up your speed before it levels off. We booked 2 snowmobiles with Grand Adventures on Saturday afternoon. We did the 2 hour unguided tour. First timers and it was easy. Drove to a beautiful wide open area called the Corona Bowl then went up further to 12,000 ft. atop the Continental Divide and had amazing views. We enjoyed breakfast at Goody's our last day in the village. Ate dinner at Doc's Roadhouse our last night. It was good with prices you would expect to pay in a resort village. We also ate at Hernando's (good pizza) and Smokin Moes (good burgers) in Downtown WP. Rented our equipment from the Viking Ski shop in downtown WP. Hassle free, inexpensive and great people. Our overall experience was great and we would definitely stay at Darlene's condo again! It was a pleasure doing business with Darlene. She answered questions promptly and returned our deposit 2 days after we got home. Thanks again! Your place was our "Happy Place" for 5 wonderful nights in glorious WP!

Just returned from staying here in Darlene's condo and let me tell you, you can not get a better spot or nicer condo in Winter Park. Condo had excellent views, quite and brand new and well taken care of. We had an excellent time and planning our next trip already. Property description is exactly as she describes and Winter Park is one of the best places I have ever vacationed.

We have rented from Darlene a few times now and have nothing but good things to say. This condo is located exactly as listed in the description. It is a clean, updated, and well maintained property that will make your ski vacation truly memorable. We were surprised to find two gas grills available for use on the hot tub deck!

Darlene's condo is a great place to stay and enjoy Winter Park in the winter! We were originally to stay at Darlene's other condo at Zephyr Lodge, but that building had a heating problem at the time, so Darlene let us stay in this condo at Founders Pointe. Ski Trip saved! If you are looking for a very nice condo with great owners this is it.

My family booked this condo for the Thanksgiving break and when the threat of a whiteout threatened our travel plans Darlene was super accomodating. As her schedule was open following our stay - she allowed us to move our trip to avoid the bad weather. We had 3 perfect days of skiing and a very happy family! The unit is in a great location, well appointed, and very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. (It would be equally so for 4 adults as the sofa bed does not have that annoying bar across the middle of your back!) The Founders Pointe ammenities of a super-sized hot tub and common use grills is also a very nice touch. Living in the Denver area we visit Winter Park often and love to add a few long weekends to our ski season. We have rented from Darlene at both Founders Pointe and Zephyer Mountain Lodge and will definitly be back!

We just spent 4 lovely nights in the condo, the final weekend of the "summer season." We had the entire complex to ourselves on Thursday and Monday and there were only 6 cars in the parking garage over the weekend. It is so comfy and well-furnished and the bathroom features a full shower as well as a huge tub with a shower. Mountain Village with all the shops, rentals and lifts is just across the street This is a perfect condo for a couple or a family whose kids don't mind sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The second TV in the bedroom was a big plus. Price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend this property and will tell all my friends.

Immaculately kept condo with beautiful appointments and a spacious feel. Centrally located to everything you need. It was a perfect arrangement for the four of us (mom, dad 2 kids) for our weekend getaway. We would HIGHLY recommend to others and hope to use again ourselves. Thank you for taking care of it like it is your own home!

We spent 3 nights here over the 4th of July holiday to mountain bike, and we were very impressed with the property. The proximity to the mountain/chairlift is awesome, and the condo is very stylish and clean. Oh, and the MASSIVE hot tube is a definite plus as well.
