Our family enjoys all of the great activities Grand County has to offer - premier skiing/snowboarding, 500+ miles of trails for hiking and biking, 14ers, world class fishing, Devil's Thumb Ranch, and Grand Lake. We've always felt this area is less touristy and more of a local's spot for pure outdoor fun.

Whenever we stay in Fraser, we feel like we're on a vacation. Our home is cozy, private, and a peaceful getaway. We've decorated and stocked our home to be just that - a home rather than a rental. Within minutes, one can be on the trail, on the slopes, down to the grocery store, or in a fun restaurant or pub.

Outstanding place with great layout for a ski vacation with family. Very convinet and the owners kep the townhouse in wonderful condition. One of the best places we have ever rented.

This lovely home was an excellent location for us to stay with our adult children and grandchild. The multi levels offered plenty of privacy for all of us, and the living room, dining, and kitchen areas allowed us to cook, eat and socialize together. Location in Fraser was also perfect for our needs! Definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future!

This new townhome in Frasier is perfect for families or friends. We keep going back again & again with our family & wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Fraser Valley. Plenty of room to spread out and get privacy with 3 floors. Super clean & beautifully furnished. We get a great night's sleep on the comfortable beds because of the peaceful surroundings. Great mountain views. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook meals & there is even a nice grill. We appreciate the closeness to Rocky Mt. National park and skiing. We start our hikes & mountain bike rides from the townhome door.

Love this mountain home. The layout is terrific - basement hang out and bedroom, upstairs two bedrooms, and kitchen, dining and living on the main. Decor is beautiful and is current, definitely no outdated 70's or 80's decor here. What a warm and inviting space. Close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery, very short trip to the ski hill, and hiking and biking can be accessed out the front door.
