  We have stayed at this property 2 times. We love it's amenities and location. There is a heated pool, hot tub and spa for guests. The view from the balcony is great as well. The location is within walking distance to everything..beach,restaurants, shopping and bus. Full kitchen is a plus. Master Bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Extra bedroom for kids. Pet friendly also makes this perfect for us. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing vacation with close proximity to the beach. Owner is reachable for questions and there is also on-site front desk personnel for help 24hrs.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My husband and I rented from Pat several times, also recommended to family members. This condo is beautiful. The location is excellent, with or without children. The view is incredible. We never had any problem with noise, or the cleanliness of this unit. The owner is very pleasant and felt like a friend right from the start. The only reason we have not been back is that my husband became ill right before we were planning to return, and Pat was most generous in returning all of our deposit. We hope to go back again, we really miss it.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Condo was clean except for the carpet which has many stains, needs to be steam cleaned. All of the furniture very uncomfortable including beds. Walls are paper thin, will hear neighbors above, and on each side of condo. Condo in a great location, walking distance to John's pass, beach across street, with balcony view of Boca Ciega.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Owner response: I have contacted our Property Manager about the stains in the rug. They will be professionally cleaned as soon as there is a break in the rental rotation. I am sorry for the rug's condition as it was steam cleaned in late December but we have had our Condo full since then. This is Peak Season on the Beach and very busy. Have you ever stayed in a Hotel or Condo where you could hear the people next door or above ? I am sorry but this happens especially in Peak Season when the Property is full. The furniture, the last time I checked was pretty comfortable. I will admit, however, that is sturdier then your home furniture. It has to be to last and wear well. Please look at the other reviews before making your decision to contact me . I have many returning guests year after year . I am working very closely with Management to take of the matters that are valid like the carpeting . I am sending my wife down in May to check out the bed and replace the mattress if necessary . I work really hard to keep my guests happy and satisfied but there are somethings I can't control.

  This condo rental is a terrific vacation getaway. The parking lot is very convenient. The beach is right across the street and if the beach is not your thing you can use the pool. The condo was extremely clean. Full of kitchen appliances. The view of the marina from the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed eating breakfast out there in the morning. The owner is very friendly and helpful which is always nice. We will most certainly stay at this condo again.

  Stayed for a week and it was wonderful. There was 5 of us in all, plenty of room for everyone. Never stayed on bay side, but it was beautiful. Condo was very clean and would stay again if we got a chance to make it back to the area. Really enjoyed John's Pass being so close. There wasn't many guest using the pool or the hot tub, we just about had it to ourselves most of the time. The beach was just across the street - not far at all. The owner was very easy to deal with and the staff also. Thanks for a great trip!!!

  My wife and kids had a wonderful time. Here are some reasons why you would want to stay at this particular condo: 1. Convenient parking. 2. Super easy check-in. 3. Condo is on second floor--just down from lobby. 4. Condo is large,,,complete with a fully stocked kitchen...a eat in counter...living room with cable tv....two bedrooms, and a nice bathroom. 5. This condo is clean and well maintained. 6. The balcony overlooks the marina...it is a great view. 7. You are literally 2 blocks from this wonderful shopping area complete with restaurants and stores (Johns something or other). 8. The beach access is right across the road...although it is a busy road....And the beach is wonderful. All sand, and goes for ever in each direction. It was not all that crowded either. 9. This condo is not far from a major grocery store....or fast food if needed. 10. The owner is pleasant to work with, and very accommodating. All in all, I would say go for it. I was a first timer at this process, and will certainly rent from Home Away again, and would not hesitate to rent this condo unit again. Happy travels.

  What a wonderful place to stay! This is a very comfortable condo and the staff was terrific. Nicely decorated and in a great location. We will definately stay again.
