First master bedroom has king size bed, with huge private bathroom with seperate shower and tub. Bedroom has private doorwall to pool area with HD LCD TV Second master has queen with private bath. Third and fourth bedrooms with disney themes share third bathroom. All bedrooms have tv's with 3rd and 4th bedrooms have PS2 and nintendo game cube.

My wife and I had a very relaxing stay in this villa 10/30/2010--11/13/2010. Villa was very clean and idealy located for dining,shopping,parks etc however the pool was east and not south facing as advertised . Ray&Karen Mason ,cornwall uk

This is a wonderfully well kept home in a very safe and secure neighbourhood. Although it is not located on a main road it is veerryy conveniently located. Everything you need is right down the road, from walmart to great restaurants... for when you don't feel like cooking. Easy access to highway, flea markets, outlet shopping and of course the local attractions like seaworld and disney. But what we enjoyed the most was an after dinner swim every night and relaxing in front of the tv until bed time, so we can get up early the next morning and do it all over again. On site laundry also came in very handy. Thanks Mike, we liked it so much, we're looking into buying our own!! tina

Thank you Mike, we had a great stay at your lovely home. The home was very clean and was large enough for two families. Cumbrian Lakes is a very nice and safe gated community. Hope this helps all the newbies that are renting with VRBO for the first time. We would definitely recommend this property and website to all our friends and family.
