With our canoe and kayaks, you can travel through a wetland park under two bridges to Lake Pend Oreille or hike up a waterfall trail to breathtaking views of Sandpoint and up the River.
9 miles of bike/walking trails and waterfalls surround the condo. A short walk to the beach. It is also peaceful and serene with an abundance of wildlife.
With a short 3 mile drive to Sandpoint, your activities are endless. From great boat-in restaurants, wine tasting, brewery, martini and sushi bars, well known shops (Coldwater Creek), to public markets and a city beach. The (twice a week) Farmers market has many local crafters and gardeners. Every weekend is filled with locals and vacationers coming together for festivals and city sponsored events.
