You will breath in the spectacular, panoramic and unobstructed views from this post free, wrap around balcony, end unit. The Enclave features 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, kitchen cabinets are glazed Cherry wood, travertine tile, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Perfect fourth floor end unit, beautifully decorated in bright beach colors. Over 1800 Square feet including deck.
The Gulf front master suite has a king-size bed, flat screen 27" TV/DVD. The adjoining master bath features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second suite has two queen beds, wall hung 27 inch TV/DVD and full-size adjoining bath with a tub and shower. The third suite has a two full beds, wall hung TV/DVD, and adjoining bath with shower. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD. The complete kitchen features all major and small stainless steel appliances, silverware, and dishes. Wet bar, full-size washer & dryer in unit, iron & board, and vacuum. I took advantage of the down time after Ivan and replaced the white composite cabinets with cherry wood, the white counter tops with African granite, and the white appliances with stainless steel; including oversize double door refrigerator.
I purchased two under cover parking spots for 401, at a cost of $22,000.00 dollars each. This is a huge perk when raining or in season.
You will receive 2 parking passes. Extra cars can be parked across the street in unguarded public parking, no pass required, no motor homes, trailers, boats or RVs.
Now really, you've found it, RENT IT!!!!!!!!. If you don't somebody else will. Remember as your looking for the cheapest rate "the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low prices are forgotten"

Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We loved every minute we were there. We stayed at another unit in the building last year and they still had the small 8 inch tile on the floors and white old fashion kitchen. Your place is like new with the stainless steel kitchen and wood cabinets. We will be back.

Two friends and I rented this condo in late April. It was everything that we hoped it would be -- the view was incredible, the condo is spacious, and the kitchen is great! The covered parking space was really nice too - what a treat, especially if it's raining while you are loading or unloading. The condo is so conveniently located to the grocery store, drug stores, restaurants...just a wonderful place to rent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to rent again, maybe next spring!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
