SUN CITY WEST has much to offer to it’s residents and vacationers. This is an adult community, at least one occupant must be 55 years of age. Some of the amenities include: 7 Golf Courses (residents and guests), 4 Rec Centers (pools at all 4, some with indoor pools, as well). Plus many, many other activities : Sun Bowl, a great venue for headline entertainment. Shopping and Restaurants in very close proximity.
NOTE: This year is especially a great time to be in this part of Arizona. Football, with the Super Bowl. Baseball has Spring training in Surprise. And for golfers, the FBR Open in February.
