Enjoy your vacation up north on beautiful Turtle Lake,within the Chippewa National Forest. Year around activities include hunting, hiking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, fishing, water-skiing, bird watching, and relaxing in and around this cozy cabin.
This newly furnished 3 bedroom cabin, comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, has a fully equipped kitchen, a wood burning fire place and a washer and dryer for your convenience. A loft upstairs invites you to enjoy the lake view. Outside, enjoy the large deck overlooking Moose Bay.
A sloping grass lawn brings you down to the fire-pit and boat dock. Turtle Lake is over 2000 acres and offers prime fishing for walleye, northern, bass and pan fish. There are many trails near by for ATV's, snowmobiles, hiking and cross country skiing.
Marcell and Bigfork are small towns within 7-10 miles away and offer groceries, gas, post office and a few restaurants. Grand Rapids is a scenic thirty minute drive south where you will find larger stores such as Target and Home Depot, movie theatres, coffee shops, a YMCA, etc. The legendary Judy Garland museum is located in her home town of Grand Rapids. Boat, ATV and snowmobile rentals can be found at all of the above locations.
