There is a beautiful hike along the river that offers panoramic views of the valley. Very fun sled hill for the kids within a block. There are 3 exits off I-70, West Vail, is not ski in, ski out, if that is what you require we recommend you stay in the Village or Lions Head. If you are a smoker please do not inquire. No smoking on the premises.

West Vail is so convenient, we are in the middle of Vail, Minturn and Avon, making the drive to any location within 10 - 15 minutes. The valley has so much to offer!
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love this house, it is in a private, residential neighborhood. Much of Vail is crowded with crammed apartment units, our property is close to the park (& dog park) and the Meadow bus stop that picks up every 20 minutes. The floor plan of the east duplex is split level and offers privacy for visiting guests. We are dog friendly!
also sporting good store, fast food, liquor store, hardware, and $1 movie rentals inside City Market and McDonalds!
