Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

Intermountain, West Vail is so convenient, our Private Mountain House is centrally located between Vail, Minturn, Beaver Creek, Avon, making the drive to any ski area/parking access to lifts within 10 - 15 minutes.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome

I love this house, it is in a private, residential neighborhood. Much of Vail is crowded with crammed apartment units, our property is close to the park (& dog park) and the Meadow bus stop that picks up every 20 minutes. We are dog friendly for non-aggressive breeds!

A
Meadow Bus Stop

FREE Town of Vail bus, runs every 20 minutes

B
Dog Park

Friendly dog park on the river

C
Children's Playground

E
City Market for groceries/pharmacy

also sporting good store, fast food, liquor store, hardware, and $1 movie rentals inside City Market and McDonalds!

Owner's Map of Private Homes

Vail is a family place with so much to do, this is a picture of my boys sitting on a pile of rocks on Vail Mountain hanging out (of course throwing rocks :-) and talking, it was such a nice moment. Most people think of Vail as a ski town, but Vail is a special place all year round. Check out our web site which has published photos of the Teva Games (June), Butterfly Release, and Hot Summer Nights Free Vail Concerts. Our property is turn key, but if you need anything, we have a local property manager.
