About the owner: I am a Notre Dame graduate and an ER physician by trade. I have purchased several properties for investment purposes and rent them out when possible. This particular unit is my nicest and the most recently renovated. It is located on the nicest stretch of beach and also the most happening strip along Gulf Blvd. You can walk to everything you need including a Publix grocery store, CVS pharmacy, a bank, and numerous restaurants.
