Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Park City is to get to. We are at our home 40 minutes after landing at the airport. We looked at ski resort areas all around the western states and chose Park City because of its affordability and fun atmosphere. They people here are nice! The town is very charming. And the snow - well it's the best on earth. Plus we have 300 days of sunshine a year. What more could you ask for?
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are proud of the comfort and luxury of our home. The spa amenities can't be underestimated: 2 Jacuzzi tubs, hot tub for 7 with view, wet/dry sauna for 5, 3 massage chairs, two 2-person steam showers (we provide the eucalyptus oil). 4 fireplaces with all the free wood you can burn. Slate and granite throughout. Historic prints of old Park City throughout the home. Designer linens. Two master suites, two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and The Snoozin' Saloon which sleeps lots of kids. You'll never see them as the Saloon has two TVs, a free 300-game video, it's own gas fireplace and a wet bar. The views from our home are wonderful. Plus, we are walk to ski and walk to Main Street. We have it all.

Walk down the stairs to be in the heart of action on Main. Restaurants, shops, bars, art galleries, museum - a very charming and interesting street.
Take Park Avenue out to The Canyons which is only 4 miles away from where we live

My husband and I are avid skiers and have a routine we use when we get off the slopes: Jacuzzi, steam shower, massage chair, hot tub then sauna. We urge our guests to try it! That always gets us ready for the next day of skiing. I learned to ski at Park City Mountain Resort and Alta but even though we can walk to ski PCMR, I'm a Deer Valley girl now. We have an intellectual group of neighbors who like to cocktail and cook - it's a very social neighborhood and we love living where we are. We also own Flanagan's on Main - an Irish Pub and The Spicy Lady, a restaurant in Heber featuring comfort foods from around the world.

I just added this feature to my VRBO. We've always kept a hardcopy book in the home that is almost full, filled with wonderful comments. We've had guests from as far away as Russia and have enjoyed them all. We have lots of folks come back year after year. We hope to have you visit us too someday.
