What a wonderful way to spend Spring Break! The house is amazing and Nancy is very gracious and helpful. She not only met us upon arrival for a full tour of the house and amenities, she took the time to contact me before we did our grocery shopping to let us know what condiments and supplies she had stocked in the kitchen. The kitchen is completely up to date with stainless steel appliances and granite. The stonework in the house is gorgeous and no detail is omitted. Even the wood over the main fireplace has engraving... which took us 3 days to notice! We have two young boys who thought the house was awesome... especially the boot warmers. The house lays out beautifully and is very comfortable. Next time we will bring another family to fill all the bedrooms!

Excellent property, great location, easy walk to PCMR slopes

Nothing to complain about at this property! Great location makes it easy to walk the 2 blocks downhill to Main St. Also close to the slopes at PCMR. All you have to do is walk a block uphill, followed by a 2 block level walk to the slope access. A short, easy ride down to the Town Lift makes it easy to be on the slopes in no time. Property is very well kept. Outdoor hottub comfortably seats 4-5 adults and provides some good views of Park City, as the property is uphill from Main St. The house interior makes for a homey & comfortable feel; perfect for our ski vacation (aka Shredfest '012: Shredocalypse). No complaints about the interior. Nancy even had snacks in the fridge, as our flight got in late. Upon arrival, Nancy met us and showed us everything we needed to know regarding the house. She even drove us to the grocery and liquor store! Thanks again, Nancy!

Perfect Lodge for Family Ski Vacations

The Snoozin' Nancy beat our high expectations for the property. We had two families with a total of five teenagers and four adults and this house was ideal. It sounded great online but I doubted amenities such as the massage chairs would have any appeal. Boy, was I wrong! We used the massage chairs, the hot tub, sauna, the steam shower and boot warmers just about every day. The house was so comfortable we became home bodies after long days on the slopes and only got down to Main Street in Park City on two evenings out of five. The location is great, situated directly between the Park City slopes and Main Street. Both are within easy walking distance. We definitely plan to use the Snoozin' Nancy on our next trip to Park City/Deer Valley.

Amazing Stay

This is the most professionally run rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. When you check in, you don't pick up a key in a box. You are met by the owner and everything is explained to you. If that' s not enough, and you have further questions during your stay, Nancy shows up in a few minutes to respond in person. The layout of the house is optimal. We had 3 kids and the room they stayed in had bunk beds, video games and a big TV and we could barely get them out of there to ski. The kitchen is very well equipped so if you have meals at the house, you are not wanting for anything. They even have a full spice cabinet complete with condiments etc. They also have every cable channel including movies. The master bedroom is extremely comfortable and well equipped with steam shower, great tub, and massage chairs. The other bedrooms were great complete with TV's and direct access to a full bathroom. We have rented in park City before and the house layouts each time were funky. Bathrooms on different floors, showers in bedrooms with half baths in hallways etc. This is a great layout. The living areas upstairs is perfect for everyone to meet and hang out. Its 2 minutes to Deer Valley and 2 minutes to park city if you drive. You can ski to the town lift. They have boot warmers, slippers, ample towels, tons of pillows and blankets etc. The neighbor is a nanny and chef and we had her make us dinner one night form an exceptionally long list of options and it is less expensive than going out. How nice it was to come home to the smell of dinner and appetizers baking in the over. You wont experience any of the usual rental frustrations here. We would never rent anywhere else again.

Perfection in Park City!

The greatest compliment one can give the Snoozin' Nancy: We can't wait to come back!! Our family felt completely at home in the Snoozin' Nancy, as the lovely owner, Nancy, has thought of everything when designing this house. The kitchen is a chef's dream, the furniture is solid and comfortable, the beds and linens are in line with the finest 4-star resorts... and you can't beat the setting and the views of beautiful Park City. We have been guests in both the winter and summer, and love both seasons. In winter, there is very easy access to the ski areas, and an easy walk to all the terrific shops and restaurants on Main Street. In summer, there is so much to do!! We highly recommend this amazing property - it is truly a HOME away from home.

Great winter vacation in Park City, UT

The place was as advertised in the listing. Nancy the owner is extremely helpful and makes you feel very welcomed. Ideal location to Park City and Park City skiing. We brought our 4 daughters out for skiing and snowmobiling. The home was spacious for all of us and the kitchen was one of the best equipped I have stayed in. My husband and I have rented a number of homes through VRBO. We had a fabulous time and the house has many amenities. We took advantaged of the hot tub every day, very clean.

Snoozin' Nancy Rocks

Nancy made our stay as enjoyable as possible. She was there to help us at every turn. At one point, we even found her outside scraping the ice off our car windows. The place is conveniently located for both the slopes and downtown. The stairs up to the runs and into downtown were a nice little workout and allowed us to either warm our legs up for a day of snowboarding or stretch them out after a day of snowboarding. It was nice to have the sauna and jacuzzi after a long day on the slopes. Also, the boot warmer really came in handy. All in all, an excellent experience.

I am a 13yr old child who visited with my family. To start the trip off, we were greeted by the wonderful hostess. After this, our vacation continued, but not without the fantastic information on various tours, activities, and ski slopes. This house comfortably fits 6 of us and could easily fit up to 10. Wonderfully decorated with a owner who is always willing to help. There are steps down to main street approximately 3 houses down from the house pictured above. Main street has a marvelous atmosphere, definitely worth exploring. The kitchen of the house is a perfect size to cook any meal. Along with this, there are also games, a hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room shower that provides s superb travel experience. Overall, one of the best experiences of my life (and I have traveled all over the world)!

Snoozin Nancy was Fantastic

We stayed at the Snoozin Nancy this past August and had a fantastic time. The home was not just furnished for comfort but furnished in a way that had style and heart. Every place you look there is a personalized touch. The kitchen was not just stocked with the basics but anything you could think of for cooking. There was even a turkey pan. It was so much more than a furnished rental. It felt like home. The home was meticulously clean, comfortable, the beds were super comfortable and there was enough room to have our family come and visit and stay (you could comfortable sleep 13 but could probably sleep 20 if you tried). We have two small children (3 and 15 months). We were nervous about the stairs and baby proofing but it was fine. The Snoozin Saloon (basement/game room/bunk room) was the perfect place for the kids to hang without having to worry about the stairs. However when on the upstairs living room kitchen area you need to be vigilant about watching dare devil babies (we did). In the end our son became an expert on climbing up and down the stairs. Nancy and John are fantastic to work with. We would gladly come again and hope to soon. If you are thinking about staying somewhere in Park City I would whole heartedly recommend the Snoozin Nancy.

You know how when you go out of town, you can't wait to get back home? to your own bed? Well this was not the case. The Snoozin Nancy is so comfortable, quiet, nice and complete with everything we needed. We stayed for a month and we were sad when we left. The location of the house is the greatest, the views are incredible. Can't say enough good things about what a great place this is. If you want to experience Park city's unique Main Street, there is no better place than the Snoozing Nancy.

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was perfectly situated for our family, so close to Main Street and just down the street from the ski slopes. Our Annual Ski Vacation

My Family and I have enjoyed Park City for the last 4 years. Before staying/skiing in Park City, we would travel to both Aspen and Vail, Co. We found the biggest hassle to be, the time it took to actuality get to our hotel/accomodations. For the last two seasons, we have stayed at the "Snooz'in Nancy". Not only has it increase our time on the slopes and in Park City (do to the 25 min. door to door drive from Salt Lake Airport) but also because of the beautiful surroundings and interior amenities. Ms. Nancy Davidson is a wonderful host and has always gone out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The Snooz'in Nancy is in "Old Town" Park City, near the top of the hill, which makes it convenient to Main Street restaurants, shops, ski lifts and resorts. I would and have recommended the Snooz'in Nancy to all of our friends and this next season we plan to book the entire house for 6 adults and 3 teenagers.

Supreme house and hostess!! The Snoozin’ Nancy is the right house on the right block in the right city. I found it extremely clean and comfortable with all the amenities of a new home, and then some. The location in town was perfect and I was able to walk to Main Street and yet still be able enjoy a bit of quiet when I got home. The proprietor has paid attention to every detail as well. For example, the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and fully loaded with utensils, dishes, wine glasses, towels etc. Everything is new and clean and Nancy is a tremendous and welcoming hostess. Even the atmosphere of the town is perfectly balanced for a great vacation. This place is HOME!

I just added this feature to my VRBO. We've always kept a hardcopy book in the home that is almost full, filled with wonderful comments. We've had guests from as far away as Russia and have enjoyed them all. We have lots of folks come back year after year. We hope to have you visit us too someday.
