Park Place is a large tri-level home located on the wide part of the lake where the Sipsey and Rock Creek meet. From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel like you’re home. The huge great room with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous lake views leads to a fabulous large kitchen and a wrap around covered deck. Just off the great room a large master suite welcomes you and invites you in for a long hot bubble bath in the jetted-tub. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with 2 double beds. Down on the lowest level a great rec room with tv, foosball table, card table and more fabulous views of the lake plus a lower level bedroom with queen bed and bathroom provide more room. Don’t forget the hot dogs and s’mores for the outdoor fire pit. And if you bring your boat or jet skis there’s a community boat launch. Park the jet skis in the covered boat slip or tie up your boat and enjoy the great double-decker boat dock. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths this spacious home will comfortably sleep up to 12 people..

Beautiful Park Place, an appropriate name for this lovely home on Smith Lake. As the pictures indicated, the home's furnishings were extremely nice and the kitchen had any kind of hand utensils needed, plenty of pots and pans and small appliances and very nice china for your use. The bedrooms were spacious and their arrangement gave privacy for multiple family use. We absolutely loved the wrap around covered porch, and the additional patio area underneath - lots of room for outdoor play - no matter what kind of weather. The boat dock and additional space there provides hours of fun for children and adults. Many thanks to the owners for making their home available for others and for their speedy reply to our inquiries.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Memorial Day wkend through Labor Day wk $350 per night/$2100 per week/5 night min 4th of July week 7 night minimum with no weekly discount September through May $225 per night/$1350 per week/2 night minimum Plus $175 cleaning fee, 5% loding tax and $200 refundable security deposit
