  We had a wonderful stay at Casa Miguel == The home is beautiful, the town is within walking distance and the owner is very accommodating. We were able to get a car service, have groceries already at the house when we arrived (highly recommended) and there is also cleaning services every few days at the house. Mike, the owner, takes pride in this home and it shows. We would love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone that is interested.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This house is simply amazing. The photos do not do it justice. It is simply stunning and was perfect for our vacation. It is merely steps away from a supermarket, a few blocks from downtown, and a short walk to the beach. You have all the privacy you need and do not have to worry about disturbing anyone. Tony and Mike were great to work with and Tony was at the house every day checking on us. He even came out one night at 11:30 pm to fix a problem! I have already recommended Casa Miguel to friends and will most definitely stay again.

  This house is very beautiful all around. It was very easy to find, and had cobblestone streets up to the gate; very quaint. Great views,very clean and plenty of places to sprawl out and sleep!Loved the pool and the hot tub. Tony was very accommadating and took care of any needs regarding food, location recommendations, etc. Very close to the beach and the marina. Would definitely recommend this gorgeous house to anyone.

  Casa Miguel is a gorgeous home with breathtaking views of Cabo San Lucas. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk to downtown cabo! We truly enjoyed our stay and the owner is great, everything was ready for our arrival with no issues at all. I will absolutely be staying at Casa Miguel when I return to Cabo, which I hope is sooner than later.

  A small group of us stayed at this house and it provided the perfect accommodation for a relaxing Cabo excursion. The bedrooms exude romance, while the living room provided a great winding down experience after quiet days at the beach. The luxurious kitchen and dining area additionally allow you to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal vs. constantly needing to eat out. One key benefit: Pedegral is quite a hilly segment of Cabo and this house is situated right near the bottom, making a walk to town significantly easier. Otherwise, it can get quite confusing in the dark searching through the houses further up the hill as the streets are difficult to navigate (wouldn't have realized how important this was before).

  Owner response: Casa Miguel not only has a great views but the location to town has been very good for first timers coming to Cabo.The restaurants are all very close to the Private Gate to the Pedregal.

  My husband and I took our son and his 5 friends to Cabo for his 18th birthday. Casa Miguel was perfect for the 8 of us. It's location couldn't be better. The boys were able to walk back and forth into town. The house is extremely clean, nicely furnished, comfortable and in great condition. The views are breathtaking. The owner was so accommodating and even had our groceries bought and delivered to the home before we arrived. His maintenance man was extremely helpful. He picked us up at the airport, drove the boys golfing and surfing and was basically available to answer all of our concerns and needs. We would highly recommend Casa Miguel to any group heading down to Cabo. You will not be disappointed!

  A group of 5 30-somethings and a baby traveled to Cabo in June 2011. This house is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The location was extremely convenient to the Marina and town. Getting to Medano Beach is better done by a 5 minute cab ride. The house itself was a pleasure to stay in. We all felt at home and enjoyed relaxing in the pool or reading on one of the decks during the day and eating outdoors at night. The views were beautiful. There are many local restaurants to enjoy within a 5 minute walk and there are also a few convenient type stores very close by to pick up any forgotten or needed items. We did cook a lot and BBQ at the house and having all the supplies to do so was a great plus.We requested to have our groceries bought for us prior to arrival, and everything was taken care of! We also wanted a chef to cook dinner for us one night and the recommended person did a fantastic job! The owner was wonderful to work with. All communication with him was timely and detailed. The villa's local contact person was also very helpful during our stay. He was able to answer any general questions we had about the area, provide recommendations on activities, and pick up any items we needed. This was an overall wonderful experience. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

  We just returned from a fabulous vacation at Casa Miguel! It far exceeded our expectations. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was working with the owner. He made sure that everything was up to our standards! I would highly recommend this house for anyone that wanted a memorable vacation in Cabo. The location was perfect. We could walk to town easily. We truly enjoyed the bbq and eating on the deck with the fantastic view! The house was both beautiful and comfortable. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay!

  I am looking forward to our Visit in September! We have never been to Mexico and or on a true vacation in almost 4 years. I feel like a star just looking at the website and the ammenties are totaly awesome! We hope to go there during the Christmas Holidays in the near future. The owner of this place is one extremely generous person!
