We came to this area 18 years ago and falled in love with the area.
Why the Owner Chose Natz Ti Ha
Playa del Carmen has everything we were looking for in a comunity. Natz Ti Ha is only steps from the beach, is a small complex with lots of garden areas, a common pool, parking * a Real plus, since most places have no parking at all, all condos are very private, this property is well built, the developers built it to last for many years with good foundations, lots of water fountains, beautiful gardens, great walls, you won´t find a piece of dry wall anywhere all is built with cinder block and cement, hardly any other complex compares to Natz Ti Ha. The location is only a block 5 Ave shops and restaurants, Cozumel Pier is near by, Cancun airport is 45 minutes away, Tulum is 40 minutes away.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom second floor condo over Spring Break. They are all individually owned and decorated differently. The unit was L201, it was beautiful, very large and in a great location. We were not right over the pool so it was very private. We were about a 1 minute walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to 5th Ave (great shopping and people watching). The condo had a ton of towels, washer dryer, beach "stuff", pots pans, BBQ....everything you would need for cooking. The pool was not huge but it was never crowded. In the late afternoon it was shaded, perfect for cooling off. The grounds were lovely and well taken care of. I would FOR SURE stay here again and request L201!!
