Quiet Value in Our Cozy Townhouse

Our townhouse is for those seeking either a quiet forest setting, good value, or both. We are located in Hideaway Village, bordering the Arapahoe National Forest.
Hideaway Village is a vintage resort of 12 buildings built on 35 acres! Our building is made up of only four townhomes - quaint and tranquil.
We have a private driveway and the free shuttle stops at end of driveway every half hour during ski season. There are three bedrooms upstairs (two open to the private balcony) and a full bath. Downstairs is the living kitchen area and bath and shower as well as ski storage. Outside is a large patio and built-in barbecue grill.
Our place has a wood stove insert in the massive rock fireplace to warm your time in the mountains. We think it's charming to build a fire in this age of 'switch-on' gas fireplaces.
Downtown Winter Park is a short walk (15 minutes), downhill (take the bus back up). You'll also have free Wi-Fi and cable television.
The pool and hot tub, as well as coin laundry, are 50 yards away in our private Recreation Building.
Our home-away-from-home is perfectly situated between the ski resort, downtown and National Forest trails This is a highly desirable, but little known location in old Winter Park.
We are smoke and pet free.
We make people happy!

Confirm Your Review Review #3433131 Dudley - Green Valley, AZ We have been coming to Colorado for several years for reunion time with our family of six. Rinaldiās Townhouse is by far the most accommodating for our family in comparison to other places we have stayed. Very clean, well equipped and supplied, and the split bathrooms (tub/shower separate form vanities) is a very convenient arrangement. Quiet and in walking distance to downtown Winter Park. Emil, the owner, has been very fair with us and has gone the extra mile providing for a special request. This is our second time here and we will probably return. For our time and money the activities in and around Winter Park are about the same as any other part of Colorado west of I-25, JUST GREAT.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I thought this place was wonderful. It was the perfect location for the town of Winterpark, the base, and Frasier - it is right in the middle. The bus stop out front of the door gave our older kids the ability to have a little freedom of going to town or the base by themselves. Our younger kids LOVED the pool and hot tub. We liked that it was so close the condo too. The condo is set up very nice - the bathrooms are split so more people can get ready at once. There is a separate sink from the bathroom upstairs and the shower is separate from the bathroom downstairs. This was so handy!!! It is a pretty place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I have gone to this condo in Winter Park several times and had a fabulous time each visit. We are cross country skiers and found a rich collection of trails in the area. One of our favorite restaurants, New Orleans style Fontenot's, is in Winter Park. The condo itself has three bedrooms, a living room, dining area and kitchen with all the equipment to make a full meal. This is a perfect place to visit summer or winter to be in one of Colorado's prime resorts with a special significant other or a group of six friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Marge and Emil are typical Colorado 'out-of-doors' type people. We enjoy the skiing and snow-shoeing, and biking that Winter Park has to offer. We equally enjoy a fire and good home cooked meal. Winter Park which is low-key and friendly, suits us and our family and friends quite well! We are located on the NW corner of the intersection of Van Anderson Drive and Vasquez Road. Please let us know what we can do to make your stay more comfortable!
Why the Owner Chose Hideaway Village:
This townhouse in quiet Hideaway Village, Winter park, has been our family get-a-away for years. We maintain it as we do our home. We enjoy it's seclusion, away from the ski traffic and constant comings and goings of neighbors that one finds at most resorts these days. We have a private driveway and the free shuttle stops at the end of it! The townhouse construction means no one above or below. Our renovated kitchen and bath with soaking tub and heated floor enhances our time away from home!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Peace and quiet. Safe place for the kids to play outside while you watch from the over-sized windows.
