My wife and I had very high expectations for this vacation. Not only were they met, but they were exceeded! We shared the condo with friends of ours, another couple, and all four of us marveled at the comfort, amenities and beauty of this site. The rooftop was as good as advertised. Having our gracious host, Anis, available by phone was a big bonus. All inclusive resorts are OK, but this unique experience was exceptional!

Anis, "Wow" what a beatuiful condo. My husband & 3 teenage boys had a wonderful stay. Your condo has everything couples or familys would want. The washer & dryer were great and your furniture and upgrades are top. The rooftop was such a treat and views are hard to beat. You have ocean views from everyroom in your condo and it really is the best unit inthe buildings. We loved the beach and the snorkling is gtreat right out fron. Also you can walk to the money bar, or next door for a quick bite & drinks. The location is perfect, away from town, but just a short drive and worth the quite nights. We loved the plaza and had no problems with the water or food. Thanks again for sharing your lovely condo, so much better the any hotel. Take Care The Griffith's

From the moment we arrived in the airport and were greeted by the owner, Anis and his property manager and ushered to the condo, our one week getaway to Cozumel lived up to our best expectations and more. The lovely condo, which is beautiful in the pictures, really was far better in real life. So comfortable that our family of five felt immediately at home. Everything worked well, the interior design was homey and had many amenities as advertised (from snorkeling gear, to towels to beach items to every type of cooking utensil, etc etc). We missed nothing and when we discovered that a coffee pot was cracked, within hours a new one was delivered to us! Outside spaces were also very appealing, from easy access to immediate snorkeling and reefs to the lovely pool, and outside upper penthouse deck to enjoy to magnificent sunsets every night. We would recommend highly to anyone who wants a luxurious homelike experience away from the hubub of town. Yet with a car, access to all that, the restaurants, food shops, and shopping were all there too. Thanks Anis and Stella for an unforgettable vacation---we really needed it!!!!

We spent 10 days and felt right at home. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We have three boys underage 5 and it was perfect for them. Anis and Stella provided a crib for our 6 month old. The washer and dryer were a huge plus especially with the kids. They had snorkling gear in good condition that we were able to use. Anis was acommidating when I had the wrong return day and let us stay for another day. I would recommend this to anyone and also parents with kids.

An Amazing Time!!

Our stay in Cozumel was not long enough for everything we still wanted to do and see, so we will be returning sometime soon...Our stay was from June 15-19, 2011. Two couples and three kids. The condo was beautiful and had an amazing view. Very spacious, and had great decor taste. We enjoyed the beach and snorkling right in front of the condo. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony and evenings on the rooftop terrace. The owners Anis and Stella were great and where only a phone call away if you needed them. They love Cozumel and want you as a guest to enjoy it as well. They have info and numbers in the condo for just about everything you would need or want to do in Cozumel. They also have someone meet you at the airport and show you everything you will need during your stay. This condo is a must see!!! We enjoyed it more then staying at a hotel. Thank you again Anis and Stella!!! We will be back very soon!! Christina and Tony

Anis and Stella: I had planned this trip for my family for almost two years. We checked out literally dozens of places before deciding on your condo. I can honestly say that all the research really paid off. Not only was your place perfect for our family, but the communication and service we received was the best I have ever experienced (and we travel a lot!) The location on the south of the island was wonderful. Sandwiched in between Uva's Beach Club (great food, great dive shop, wonderful people) and Chankanaab ( wonderful place to spend a day or two), we couldn't have asked for a better place. We stayed for a week and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The condo is very spacious, comfortable, clean and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful way to see the sunset every night. We had a great and relaxing time and can't wait to go back and stay again. Anis and Stella provide their guests with everything they need. The amenities were great! An Anniversary Celebration in Paradise!!

Anis, Stella, What a gorgeous place to spend our 34th anniversary, it was literally a vacation in Paradise! Your condo is absolutely beautiful and filled with so many amenaties. The rooftop was our favorite place to chill, barbeque, see the sunrise and sunset..........so georgeous!! The condo and bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds so comfortable to sleep in. The information in the condo for local places to eat, shop and have fun was very helpful. What a wonderful place to take your family for relaxation, and sun and fun on a beach in paradise! This will definetly be a yearly vacation away from home and will recommend your condo to all our family and friends! Thanks so much!!

.... unless we are trying to book for the same time, then find another gorgeous spot! kidding aside, this was an excellent decision to go this route. Anis was very communicative and understanding and helpful! Jordy and Lupita were wonderful folks nearby if needed. first night was booked, so Anis and Stella had us at their home in town- while not on the beach, the case was awesome! a great experience to live, even for a day, with the townfolk and be near everything- as 6 time Cozumel returners, we found this quite appealing and a great complement to our family adventure. the condo on the beach was very, very nice as well. great bedrooms, wonderful deck and upper terrace. very comfortable (beds were great!). it's a ways to town, so renting a car was key. but the location on the water near Chankanaab was delightful! the grounds are well-kept, the pool, small but very nice. snorkeling was quite good, tho' venture out for more options. Uva's next door is a nice option for a 'discover scuba' experience- pricey, but too convenient! nothing much very close, but that is the way we like it! do not even think of a hotel or all-inclusive---- you cannot find value or memories there like Anis and Stella offer up at their place- no way. the next time we venture down to one of our favorite places anywhere, we'll be looking to book here again! period!!

Anis & Stella...Thank you so much for the stay at your condo! Even though we had to cut our stay short, all of us had a wonderful time and as we were leaviing the kids (who are adults, themselves) wanted to know "when are we going back?". The condo is beautiful and the amenities were great and exceeded our expectations. The water was fantastic (thanks for the use of the snorkeling gear!) and there were plenty of interesting things to do and see. We really appreciated Jordy meeting us at the airport and showing us the lay of the land. With the ease of shopping and getting around, we didn't want for anything. Thanks again for the hospitality...We can't wait to go back!

My husband, my best friend and her husband have just returned from the most wonderful vacation in Cozumel and i must say it would have to be because of our incredible accommodations. This condo has everything you would need and more to have a excellent stay in Cozumel. The decor, location and sunsets were sensational. The roof top patio was my favourite I must say, long mornings just reading and watching the cruise ships come in was my favourite time of the day. The snorkelling out front of the condominiium was also breathtaking. Once again thank you so much Anis and Stella for allowing us into your beautiful condo. We will return, i am sure of that...

We just returned from a week in beautiful Cozumel. Your condo is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The small complex is very quiet and the few people we ran into were very friendly. Your recommendations for Punta Sur and Mega were right on. We visited Punta Sur twice, I highly recommend the little beach snack shack for lunch it was a beautiful location with wonderful service, we saw our first iguanas there! We made good use of all the snorkel equipment there was a great variety to pick from, all of us found something to fit. With all the press about the drugs in violence of Mexico lately we were a little nervous about how safe Cozumel would be but we needn't have worried I never once felt we were even in remotely unsafe conditions. So we are now back in snowy Maine with below freezing temps all day and a new 14 inches of snow last night but our memories of Cozumel are keeping us warm :)

Anis & Stella We wanted to take the time to let you know how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo over the past week. The accomodations were wonderful. We found ourselved in need of nothing and felt right at home during our stay. The water, sunsets, sun and sand indeed made us feel as though we were in paradise. Our stay was quite memorable - from snorkeling in the beautiful water, dancing at the Money Bar, catching up on unseen movies, fishing, to soaking up the sun's rays - every moment was fun-filled. Thank you so much for opening your lovely home to us during the past 8 days. Should we vacation in Cozumel again, we will be sure to contact you for another stay in paradise.

IRONMAN 2010

We rented this condo for 2 weeks, this was our first Ironman and our first family vacation in 10 years, as our children are adults. The location was within walking distance to Chahkanaab Park - the start of the race & you can see the swim portion of the race from the balcony. The pictures do not do this home and the views justice! It is absolutely amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful and large. There is a view from every room, however the roof top is the best! Had breakfast there every day and drinks at night! We liked it so much, we'll be back again next year! Thank you!

VERY RELAXING

The condo was very clean. The property manager met us at the airport. They showed us the grocery store, gas station, and good places to eat on the way to the condo. The condo was very clean and quite. We never heard anyone else in the complex. It was like having a private beach. Snorkeling was good right off the beach. We had our own snorkel gear, but the condo was equipped with gear if we needed it. Each room had a view of the water. The master bedroom and bath were very large by condo standards! The condo had a computer with internet access, which is great when you are traveling with teenagers. Anis, the property owner, was prompt to answer any questions we had and answered emails quickly. We often use VRBO when we travel, but have never had a property owner that responded so quickly. Many times when you rent, it can be "hit or miss". This condo is definitely a HIT!!!!!! Stay there and enjoy a great holiday!

Our First Vacation Away From the States

As I was looking for someplace to stay, this condo really caught my attention. However, I was very nervous about renting from someone that I did not know so far away. BUT.... Anis was GREAT!!! He talked to me over the phone and through email to help me through this. He made me feel VERY comfortable. When I arrived in Cozumel, there was a GREAT deal of relief for me. I was met at the airport by Lupita. She was FANTASTIC!!!! She showed us around on our way to the condo and took her time with us, unlike Americans trying to hurry their way through a job. I paid the extra for the maid service. SO WORTH IT!!!! You can not imagine the amount of sand that you carry in.... The maids did a FANTASTIC job. In fact, they cleaned so well that my oldest daughter walked into the sliding door, not once, but twice and my other daughter walked into it once.... THAT WAS SO WORTH IT!!! Nobody got hurt and the door is OK. The snorkeling was wonderful and we got lots of good pictures. We went to Chankanaab Park and swam with the dolphins. I didn't want to leave. I want to thank you again Anis and Stella!!!!! I had the best trip of my life. I don't know when, but I will be back. My daughter thinks that she is comming back for her High School Graduation present next year, We will see :) I would definetly rate this more than a 5 star!

Spent 3 wonderfull nights here.. Everyhting was perfect, location was great, walk to a cab, the beach, the pool, or just enjoy the rooftop! There were 7 of us in the condo and never felt crowded. They have everything you need and more. Wish i was going back this weekend. Definitely will be back. Loved it!

Paradise in Cozumel

Our group vacationed 4/29/10. From the moment we walked in to the condominium we were welcomed with wonderful selection of fresh fruit, delicious wine & cheeses. The accomodations were exceptional comparable to a five star hotel. The cleanliness is immaculate. Super comfortable beds & pillows. Slept lIke a baby. With seven women taking many showers,having sufficient hot water was never an issue, always had it water. The picturesque views of the ocean are spectacular, wonderful breezes from the lanai. The water is so clear. Beach is pristine to take long leisurely walks. Loved that there was Internet access, tv's in all rooms, & a very nice selection of current DVD movies available. All restaurant & night life recommendations were superb. Thank you so much for making our vacation an awesome experience.

First time to Mexico

This was my first time to visit Mexico and I don't think we could have stayed at a nicer place. The owners have really taken the time to make this feel like a home away from home. The decorations and furnishings inside are so comfortable and inviting. The ammenities offered in the condo are top notch. From what I saw they are also in a great location. The Pool and beach are steps away with lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful view. I hope to get to visit again soon.

What a great vacation paradise!!! It is the perfecxt getaway. The condo really made you feel at home, with of course a much better view! Having the beach in your back yard made it easy to go for a swim or go snorkeling whenever you wanted. I can't wait to go back with my family!!!

Thank you Stella and Anis for the great mini vacation! Your place is lovely and very accomodating with beautiful views of the ocean. I loved snorkeling all along the beach in front of your condo. The Money Bar just a half mile away has great food and a great band - you can't beat dancing on the beach! It was so nice to have internet and phone service so I could stay in touch with my family. I slept great when we were bothering to sleep! Cozumel and your condo was a really fun and beautiful place for a relaxing vacation!

The condo is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and comfortable. Having the extra amenities of phone and internet was a plus. Fantastic view of the ocean. It was great to have the choice of the swimming pool or take a swim in the wonderful ocean. The water is so clean and clear you could see the ocean floor!!! Cozy beach front bar/restaurant within walking distance was nice. I would give this condo a 5-star rating!!! Thank you Stella & Anis!!!

Home away from home

Staying in this condo was the best way to really get to see the island. Many visitors never leave their hotel resort. This condo is located right on the beach with full ocean view from its multiple patios and wrap around windows. The interior is well appointed. Everything is new and VERY clean. Entertainment and shopping is just a short (and cheap) taxi ride away. We also visited theme beaches, first rate resaurants & night clubs. Some of the world's best diving and snorkeling are just minutes away. Day 1, we got massages right in the condo. A local spa will send their staff too you (very inexpensive). Often when traveling abroad, you feel a little too disconnected with home. This condo has a free US connection phone line and a computer with high speed internet so that you can put your mind at ease by checking on home as often or as little as you like. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Anis and Stella, Thank You for a beautiful 4 day trip!! Your place is PARADISE!!! My family owns a time share and we have been to Mexico several times an love it. Your place tops it! When you want to get away this is the place, The comfort of going to another country when don't know anyone can be intimidating ,well stella an Anis the transportation staff were greeting us when are planearrived an from that point on were always there to accomadate us, the communication was never a problem. The minute I arrived to your location everything was breathtaking. Your place had everything we needed an more. It had so much space for all 7 of us. Your private beach had great snorkling , awesome sea shells, very quite an relaxing an the best place for sunset pictures. Anis an Stella , thank you for sharing your place it is the best!!! I will highly recommend this place to my family, friends an clients.

What an amazing vacation!!! Seven girls went to Cozumel to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We were all amazed by this condo. Everything you have read in the description is 100% accurate. What they cannot say enough about in the description is how wonderful the condo itself is, as well as the view, the comfortable beds, the awesome rooftop terrace, the property manager Lupita, the well stocked kitchen and pantry and every other attention to detail. I strongly suggest you take stock in the pantry and liquor cabinet before going to the store. There was so much left behind by other renters! I know we left a ton of stuff behind ourselves! Anis was very gracious and answered all of my questions prior to the trip. The free phone and internet was great in keeping in touch with home. We ate a yummy dinner at the Pirates Bar just a walk down the beach, spent one night at the Money Bar eating dinner then dancing to the great live band, had Francisco come to the condo and cook for us one night (STRONGLY suggest this!! Lupita can arrange it) and ate one night at Kinta Mexican Bistro (which was unbelievable food in a gorgeous setting). Some of our group snorkeled down to Chakanaab and swam outside the dolphin cage where the dolphins met them at the fence and played with them. It was amazing! We are already planning our trip next year and wouldn't stay anywhere else!!! Thanks again Anis and Stella!

Anis and Stella, We enjoyed this vacation from the moment we stepped off the plane. Lupita greeted us at the airport and gave us a very helpful overview of the island, best grocery stores, condo amenities, etc. I wish you could have seen our faces when we walked in the door, even better than the pictures. This was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some family time. We snorkeled everyday in front of the property and also at some of the beach clubs (Uva's and Playa Corona). Our sons (ages 14 and 15) finally experienced the crystal blue waters of Mexico. After a day of fun we enjoyed unwinding with movies and many TV choices. The free calls home and computer availability was very helpful. Believe it or not we ran into some friends from home (South Dakota) and they came to visit us at your condo. Their hotel room at the Fiesta Americana was no comparision. The view from all the rooms was fantastic and our favorite spot in the evening was to sit on the private covered rooftop. We are family of 4 (dad, mom, girl age 7 and boy age 4) and we travel A LOT all over the world. We don't enjoy all-inclusives and we rent from vrbo.com whenever we can. When I read the reviews on this place I was wondering how true they were and if they were written by Anis' friends. IT'S ALL TRUE. This place is TOP NOTCH and this is why... you are met by Lupita holding a sign at the airport and receive a personal escort. She is reachable the entire time in case you have questions or concerns. You do need a car and Anis laid out for me which company and who to talk to. The lock is controlled by a key pad on the door so you don't have to worry about getting locked out or losing keys. The condo is gorgeous, comfortable, spotless and the beautiful views out every single room are breathtaking! All you see is the gorgeous ocean (which is right out the door) and a beautiful pool. Awesome private rooftop deck for sunsets. Great snorkling right out the door. If you swim over to the pier to the left the fish swimming around are so cool. Saw one as big as my husband! The condo has everything you need. Snorkling gear, washer/dryer with soap, stocked kitchen with great pans and sharp knives! Everything down to a lime squeezer. The beds are all lovely with great linens and towels. There are plenty of beach towels. They keep extras left from other travelers in the closet, such as sunscreen, bug spray etc (but don't forget these items yourself). There is a guest book with great suggestions laid out in the front flap that we followed such as were to eat, snorkle and site see. We didn't have to spend a lot of money to have a great time. Although I recommend going next door to Chakanaab and paying to swim with the dolphins. Pricey but worth it for the kids. The movie library is extensive so if you are a movie buff this place will make you smile. There is a vonage phone with free calls to the USA. We forwarded our cell phones to this number and put our own message on the answer machine so we had seamless phone service. Yes, Anis, we changed the message back when we left! There is a computer with internet however we brought a laptop which worked perfect with the WIFI. Again, I am a cook and I am alway disappointed at vrbo kitchens. Not this time. THANK YOU. Truly, I can't say enough about Anis, the helpful staff, the suggestions, and the luxurious condo with everything well thought out so his guests can have a perfect beach vacation.

Great place on the beach, tastefully decorated and well stacked. Great location, close to the city and near park, good snorkeling. We all loved it. Anis and Stella, thank you for your hospitality. Service was better than any hotels we have ever stayed at. Thank you, thank you, and thank you. We found a great place for dinner on 5th avenue, called Kinta. Food was delicious.

We can't wait to come back to Cozumel! A very nice condo, it made for a great family get together. Well stocked with snorkel/fins, which was nice for our non-diving family members. Maids were great, Lopita helpful. The rooftop setup was great. We found Luis & Bruno next door at Uva's very helpful in setting up dives; can't beat the convenience. Having the internet & phone setup is pretty convenient. The only problem we had was we couldn't stay longer! Anis was very good at following up to make sure things turned out well. What a nice place! We loved the island. We loved the people. We loved the condo. The condo had everything that we needed. The ocean had the best swimming that I have EVER seen and was about a 7 second walk from the front door. I wouldn't even think twice about going back to Cozumel and renting this condo. Consider it a done deal!

We stayed with our 4 grown children Nov 7 - 12, 2009. This property is great! We were welcomed with fruit and drink! The property is very nicely decorated, with lots of "toys" to make you feel right at home. Lots of snorkeling equipment & beach towels, had ice chests,etc. The little things were there like spices, napkins, etc. We replaced what we used and left what we did not use for the next guests. Our kids loved the internet and phones so they felt like they were still connected to their friends. We even received a phone call from the owner Saturday evening checking to see if everything was okay. We will stay here again when we get our whole family together again.

Our Cozumel vacation was at the end of August and we stayed 1 week at the condo with our college son and two of his friends. We have been to Cozumel many other times but never rented a condo before. Anis and Stella's condo was the perfect size for our group and it was so nice. There is everything in the condo that we needed to make this a great vacation and it was decorated so nicely, it felt like home. Lupita is a sweetheart! She met us at the airport and showed us where everything was in the condo. We go into town every night for dinner and like to rent a jeep and drive around the island, so the location was great - not too far from anything. We had an absolutely fabulous vacation and will only rent from Anis again! Thank you for sharing your dream beach house with us!

This is a great place to spend a family vacation. The condo is wonderful. Lots of room and very nicely decorated with all the conveniences of home. The kids (teenagers) sure appreciated the TV, internet and Skype phone. The location is very convenient. Just a short drive south of town. Cloase to some beach clubs and Chankanaab Park. Lupita, Anis' property manager, was great. She met us at the airport and helped us find our way to the condo. She showed us where everything was so we were ready for our week. We used FishCozumel for a fishing/snorkel combo. We had a very good boat and crew. Didn't catch any fish but had a nice boat ride and enjoyed a very nice snorkel on Columbia reef. After snorkeling there we appreciated how good the snorkeling is right in front of the condo. We were amazed at the variety of fish right outside our door. So if you are thinking about visiting Cozumel we highly recommend staying here.

We just got back from 2 weeks in Heaven. This was our first time to stay in Cozumel. Anis and Stella's condo was as good or better than the 5 star hotels we normally stay at in Cancun. Lupita met us at the airport, and gave us a tour on the way back to the condo. She had fresh flowers and fruit waiting there for us. There were plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. We had everything we needed. Bob and Diana, their neighbors were wonderful too. We hope to return again soon, and plan to stay in this same condo. Thanks Anis and Stella for sharing your beautiful Cozumel home.

GREAT PLACE!! We just returned from staying at Anis and Stella's condominium in Cozumel. They have clearly given a lot of thought to all of the amenities that a vacationing family needs. The kitchen is easy to cook in, lots of linens and towels, washer and dryer, internet, cell phone and use of Skype account to talk to friends and family at home, DVD in every room (if you have little kids)... I could go on and on. The place is very clean - Thank you Tere for helping us keep the place nice. The weekly rental comes with one cleaning (on Wednesdays I believe), but we chose to pay the extra $20 a day and have Tere come every day. With sand everywhere, it doesn't take long for a group of people to dirty the place up. Also, I would give Tere a nice tip every day. She was very friendly and helpful and you have to appreciate how hard she works. I would say that about everyone on the island - they work hard and deserve a nice tip. There is so much poverty, its almost embarassing to be an American tourist there - except they need the business!!! We did try as much as possible to buy from local people - not the big "chain" stores down town, just to do our part to put some cash into individual hands there (like Tere). It's clear that a lot of the tourist dollars are not making there way down to the average working person. Anyway, Anis was a quick phone call away whenever we needed him, and Lupita (manager) picked us up at the airport and answered our questions as well. The condominium complex is in a great location if you like quiet (we do). Anis has some great neighbors (Bob) who I think is the President of the complex and he and his wife were very friendly and helpful to our family. The beach was a little rocky for our little ones and it was too hard for them to enter the water from there but Cozumel has so many nice beaches not too far away so that was no big deal. The pool is nice, but too cold this time of year to really use - even for our five year olds. The massage next door is pretty good and you can get a cab quite easily. If you like to dive, we recommend using The Dive House (1/4 mile away). They were very safe, very enthusiastic and fun to dive with. Our friend also dove with Blue Angel and they were safe, but not quite as good at pointing out fun things to look at in the water. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming "home" again next time we visit Cozumel.

we went to cozumel with 6 adults in our party january 2009. there was ample space,the condo is clean well maintained and in prime location. we rented jeeps and parking was not an issue as there is a large parking area. the complex has its own beach area where we did snorkling and saw many species of fish and rays right out the back door! lupita is very friendly and helpful and will answer all your questions from hot spots, shopping, and beaches to how to work the water heater. there are all the comforts of home in a prestine location. cant say enough about this location and would be willing to give personal feed back to anyone interested in this location. thank you anis!!! brandon harrison

Anis and Stella,a vacation to Cozumel is just what the doctor ordered !! When I arrived at the airport,I was greeted by LUPITA which gave me a personal history of the city, great tips on must see places and most important where to go shopping.The condo was fabulous - location couldn't have been better - and the pictures didn't do it justice!!!!! It was clean, well prepared for guests, there were maps to help me out, contact numbers, and anything else I may have needed for the week.It was well equiped so if you didn't want a night out- the kitchen had the basics to prepare a meal.It exceeded my expectations,you can't beat the amenities it felt like home but with the luxury of a private beach.The area itself was clean and extremely well maintained.I felt completely comfortable and safe walking around area.I recommend a massage next door at PLAYA UVAS and also a day at CHANKANAAB PARK which is within walking distance or just stay by the condo and hang out at the private beach or take the ferry to PLAYA DEL CARMAN for shopping or a day at the beach.(you can take a taxi cab into town,just walk outside your door and they are located at PLAYA UVAS this was so convenience).I took a tour of CHICHEN ITZA (MAYAN RUINS)which is located in the Yucatan Peninsula which has become ONE OF THE NEW SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD,this is a must see.This is an all day trip but worth seeing.Thank you ANIS and Stella you were just a phone call away to answer any questions I had (and I did have some,sorry!!HA HA)Your prompt and friendly fashion took away any uncertainty I had.I highly recommend this condo, the place is gorgeous and quiet, close to things yet still private.Looking forward to coming back in 09...

Now I truly understand the meaning of mi casa es su casa. From our very first contact with Anis and Stella, they acted as if we were family, including the motherly, ‘call me when you get there.’I can’t say too many good things about the condo. It was first rate all the way, a thoughtfully furnished home with everything you need to feel completely at home and enjoy Cozumel. (Even a stack of movies and internet access) Of course the beach was great right out of the condo and we also found great snorkeling just down the road (just south of the marina. Turn right at the guard shack and go to the end of the road. Go at 4:00 when the snorkel boats leave. All the fish come directly to you)We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were there. I don't even know where to begin with my review....Anis and Stella's condo is absolutely AMAZING!!!! This is our third trip to Mexico (2nd to Cozumel) and we have previously always stayed in all inclusive resorts. This trip we wanted to bring our family, so we decided to go a different route by renting a condo. This condo was more beautiful than any room/suite we have had at any high end all inclusive resort! It is obvious that Anis and Stella have gone out of there way to make sure you do not need anything...the only thing we had to provide for ourselves was our food (obviously) My family can be very picky and hard to please and every single one of them (6) fell inlove with this condo. The beach was beautiful and it was so great to be able to snorkel right there at our condo! It is close enough to town to not make it an inconvenient location, but far enough away that you didn't feel like you were crowded by tourists. There is a computer at the condo, a satellite phone, extra linens, any cooking utensil you could ever need, and so on....Anis was so patient with us and answered every question we had about the condo and the area! If you book this condo, I assure you, you will be just as pleased as we were!
