The condo at the Biltmore was amazing! It's beautifully furnished, well stocked, and very clean. We stayed for 5 nights; I met more friendly neighbors there than at my community of 4 years. The owner and property rental staff are very easy to deal with and are incredibly accommodating. The Community center is unbelievable. Heated pool, jacuzzi, huge grill, fridge, and even a dishwasher. We had a few BBQ s during our stay.The Grocery store is right down the street 2 minute drive. Elmer's Diner is a quick walk outside the community. Downtown is a 5 min drive, 20 min to El Paseo, less than 10 min to airport. We would highly recommend this property regretfully though because that lessens the availability for our next stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Had an AMAZING time during our stay here! The condo has an "at-home" feel to it and very tastefully furnished. The neighbors were very friendly! Also, the scene is a breath of fresh air from the typical "Hollywood" weekend; I very much enjoyed Toucan's, The Spa Resort and Casino, and walking downtown. Overall, this condo is highly recommendable! Would love to stay here again!
