Its quiet rural location on the Cote d'Azur, half way between Biot and Valbonne, is only a 25-minute drive from Nice airport. The Mediterranean Sea is about five kilometres from the house. Biot and Valbonne are unspoilt small towns that contain a number of excellent restaurants and other amenities. Cannes and Nice are no more than a 20- to 30-minute drive away. The house is fully furnished to the highest standard. The large, ground floor, living room is designed for relaxation and comfort. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Electricity, water, and weekly linen changes are all inclusive. Telephone calls are recharged at cost.
