We welcome you to stay at our private (soon to be gated) luxury home in the hills of Holualoa, otherwise known as "Coffee Country". Just minutes to the town of Kailua Kona and sandy beaches.
Our house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a small private community at a perfect elevation. It sits on half acre surrounded by lush tropical landscaping to include coffee trees, fruit trees and an herb garden. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with two Master Suites encompasses the magnificent coastal ocean view from most rooms. Both master baths have floor to ceiling travertine stone walk-in showers for two and exotic granite tub surround and vanities with dual sinks. Also has additional outdoor shower attached to main master bath for a quick sprinkle before entering pool. Both master suites have double sliding doors that open up to the patio area. Third bedroom also serves as office space for your business needs with free use of wireless internet, fax machine, printer, etc.

From main living space a large 16ft pocket door opens up to a stunning view of the infinity edge salt water pool that features a lava rock waterfall and fire pot that glows like the volcano at night, a view not to forget! Low Season-April 15th, - December 15th (2 nt minimum) $499/nt + HI State tax
High Season - Dec. 15th - April 15th, Ironman, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, $599/nt
+ Tax, 2 nt min. for up to Max. 6 Guests
Cleaning fee from $150 per week
1/3 Deposit upon booking and entire balance due within 30 days of arrival
$500 damage deposit required/refundable within 10 days of departure
