In celebration of it's 100 Year Anniversary, the Historic CJ Howe Loft, located in downtown Brownsville is available for Vacation Rental.
Find yourself in the Past....... Open the windows and dance across the old-growth, clearwood floors. Cozy up by the original 1908, wood burning fireplace and enjoy your surroundings, watch a movie, or better yet play a game or read a book. Set an adventurous agenda, or do nothing at all. The Loft is located upstairs in the CJ Howe Building overlooking Oregon's 3rd oldest pioneer town and filming location for 1980's Rob Reiner film, Stand By Me.
Previously a boarding facility for the railroad, the Loft's unique accommodations are perfect for large families and close friends: 2 king sized beds, 1 queen, 2 twin trundle bed and 2 inflatable beds. We have to pinch ourselves every time we stay at this very special place... it is truly an amazing piece of history. |
