Photo 1 - Lake Corpus Christi Vacation The home has approximately 150 feet of lake frontage with a retaining wall and fishing or boating pier. Two Second story balconies have beautiful views of the lake. A covered patio is located on the ground level. The bottom floor is comprised of one very large room with a kitchen, three dining tables, TV and two sofas. The full kitchen has a large serving bar. A full bathroom is located on this level. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor. The second floor contains two bedrooms and a full bath. Also, a large den with couches, chairs, three twin beds, TV and a fireplace. A washer and dryer are in the garage on the second floor. A combined five tons of AC insures a comfortable environment.
