Our unit is situated in the most prestigious beachfront new construction in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of the island.
View 2Die4 is on the second floor and is accessible by an elevator or a wide staircase. The hallmarks of this marvelous Caribbean vacation property are serenity, privacy, and unobstructed breathtaking views.
The entrance and covered internal parking spaces are secured by a remote controlled electric gate, while a guard is on duty in the evenings and nights. Direct access to the beach and a shared infinity pool are on the ground floor.
Restaurants, Supermarkets, French Bakeries, Casinos, Nightlife etc... are all a short drive away. A 15 minute-drive will take you to Philipsburg, the Dutch Capital, while Marigot, the Capital of the French side, is also 15 minutes away, but in the other direction.

As for our stay here, we have had a wonderful time. Your place is spectacular and not only would we stay here again, but I will be recommending it to my acquaintances. AS a developer I appreciate fine design and I must say this building is one of the best designed in the entire island. And furthermore, your unit is by far the best design choice. You did very well, congratulations. We just wanted to also say that your unit is in the very obviously best location. If you were higher you would not get such a nice view of the beach and the crashing waves. Rather than look at rooftiles you are at just the perfect height to see thru the tree canopy of greenery. We have been very happy with our two weeks here and it would be remiss not to mention what a wonderful job Constance did of keeping the place tidy. She is so friendly and kind. Always wanting to help with any little request.

We all enjoyed our stay, and intend to go back in the summer. The name of the condo is not exagerated: View-2die4 is quite appropriate we felt, because of the limitless views of Simpsons Bay and the magnificient sunrises and sunsets in all their glory... Highly recommended, and a must if you can (and even if you can hardly...) afford it.

I hope you will get a chance to read the note I left you in your guestbook when you return to St. Maarten. We are still talking about the great time we had, and how much we enjoyed simply sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships on their way to and from Phillipsburg, and wondering about who owned the yachts, and enjoying the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. We drove all around the island many times, and have to say that you truly have found the best place on all of St. Maarten (or St. Martin!). The best thing, I think, was the fact that we had virtually our own private beach -- and, of course, the weather was perfect, as was the water temperature. We loved Simpson Bay and found many places within walking distance (such as Le Sucriere for croissants and brioches, etc.). You can quote me on your website-- but then the word might get out and we might have a hard time booking the unit in the future! In any event, thank you again for making your island home available to others.
