Owner Description
Leigh Ann is both Principal Broker and visionary for PPR Real Estate in Eden, UT. With over 8 years experience working with several of the largest residential developers in the Ogden Valley, she has developed an extensive database of clients and customers who share her passion for this high mountain Eden. Those who know her would tell you Leigh Ann is extremely focused on her clients’ needs, with her ultimate goal being a successful transaction. She has been a sales leader in the Ogden Valley marketplace since her first year in the business, largely because she has never wavered from fulfilling her clients’ goals. A native of Texas, she is a graduate of the University of Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX and did her graduate work at Texas A & M, earning a degree in Counseling Psychology.
Her intuitive understanding of the needs of the second home owners propelled her to create her new company, Utah Lodging, to manage vacation home rentals & services. She firmly believes that by insuring the best possible experience for lodging guests, their repeat business will be assured.
