This romantic cottage is newly refurbished to serve as a quiet retreat for a couple seeking long walks on the beach, and access to the northern California coast, the Sonoma wine country, the beautiful hills of West Marin, and the remarkable Pt. Reyes National Seashore. It is the perfect place for a couple seeking time together.

The interior of the house is lovely. Lie in bed in the upstairs bedroom on luxurious pillows and sheets and listen to the sounds of the surf throughout the night. Kitchen appliances are all new. A small gas fireplace warms this charming home. It is the perfect place for reflection, conversation, and quiet meals.

The village has a store for essentials, and a small restaurant. Nearby Pt. Reyes Station (south) and Bodega Bay (north) offer several restaurants and tourist attractions. Head up to Bodega Point during whale watching season, December-March.

Rain or shine, this is a truly lovely escape!

  • This little cottage was the perfect escape! It was clean and charmingly decorated. I was very impressed with the remodeled kitchen that was large enough for some real cooking! I will certainly want to stay here again-it made for a perfectly romantic weekend.
