Why the Owner Chose River Run, Red Hawk Lodge
We fell in love with the screne views out our windows. The first floor unit also has many advantages over units in the upper levels. 1) You can walk your skis / mountain bike right up to our porch. 2) no waiting for the elevator as with the upper floors. 3) Sled riding / mountain play right out the back door. We have three young boys and they LOVE going out back and playing while we adults can watch from the comfort and warmth of the family room. Lastly, our unit is a corner unit and slightly larger than the middle units. We also have lots of natural lights coming in.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
In 2009 our unit underwent a major upgrade. We installed stainless appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen, new furniture, mattresses and flat pannel TV/DVD players throughout.
The new gondola was built for the 2009 ski season. Red Hawk Lodge is now one of the closest buildings and is only a few steps away. If you want "close to the slopes, activities and gondola"... Red H
King Soopers is owned by Kroger. This is one of the best grocery stores in the area.

My wife and came to Colorado 11 years ago for a two week ski vaction and never left. We love the mountains and all the area has to offer. We now live in Denver, but love to get up to Keystone and enjoy our mountain home. We hope you will enjoy your stay in our home as much as we do.
