Located on a quiet street within the meticulously maintained 720 acre gated Corte Bella Country Club, our beautifully decorated San Marco floorplan home with additional detached casita is guaranteed to provide the ideal environment for you and your guests to relax on your well deserved vacation.
The 1920 square foot spacious main house with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus den is tastefully decorated throughout with original artwork and handmade furnishings.
The master bedroom suite is furnished with a brand new pillow top king size bed, 2 night tables with lamps, phone and alarm clock. The master bath has a roomy soaking tub, separate marble and glass enclosed shower, marble double sinks atop a full vanity and a huge walk-in closet complete with built-in shelving.
The great room boasts a built-in gas fireplace surrounded by a custom built mantel as the focal point. The living room area is furnished with an overstuffed leather couch, matching chair with ottoman, stained slate top coffee table and built in 32-inch TV. The dining area portion of this room has a glass top table roomy enough to seat 6 comfortably, and 4 highback chairs. In all, this is a wonderful environment for entertaining or just kicking back.
The adjacent upgraded spotless kitchen with all new major and small appliances is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from flatware to stemware for your dining and entertaining pleasure.
The den is furnished with a comfy reclining sofa, matching loveseat, glass top wrought iron coffee table and an oak wall unit complete with a 50-inch wide-screen TV and bookshelves filled with a varied selection of books. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, 2 end tables, dresser & mirror and large closet.
The extended, covered back patio complete with BBQ island has a built-in professional charcoal grill with gas sauté station. Here you will also find bar stools, patio table with seating, lounge chairs and a water fountain set into a lovely tiled double planter overlooking a beautifully landscaped yard. It is the perfect setting for outdoor gathering or quiet peaceful dining al fresco.
The detached casita includes a queen size bed, night stands, 27-inch console TV, full bath and large walk-in closet. There are also separate climate controls and a ceiling fan as well.
The enclosed private front courtyard is beautifully landscaped complete with wall fountain. It is the perfect secluded area for meditation and private outdoor relaxation.
The 2 car garage (remote opener provided) provides direct access to the inside laundry center complete with new HE washer and dryer, sorting/folding counter and iron to make quick and easy work of your laundry chores.
Along with a championship golf course, Corte Bella features an Olympic sized swimming pool, hot tubs, a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts and a full European Spa. The Social Club houses a beautiful café and lounge. There is fine dining on the premises as well.
