Front of house in Summer - South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Located just a few minutes from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Sierra At Tahoe, and 40 minutes from Kirkwood; also about 10 minutes to the shores of Lake Tahoe and the nightlife and casinos at Stateline. If you are looking for the "real" Lake Tahoe experience, this home is located in one of the best, forested neighborhoods in the area. The home has new granite kitchen counters, and appliances. Situated on a slight grade, there is a small (safe) sledding hill for the children to use during winter. A covered deck off the living room is great for outdoor BBQ/Apres Ski. Winter parking capacity is three: there is room in the garage for a medium car or SUV (sorry, larger trucks and Hummers must bunk outside), and room in driveway for two vehicles. Features 53 inch Sony TV with DirecTV Platinum (All movie channels included).
