  Spent two nights here and so wished it was for longer. The property itself is immaculately presented: clean, well-equipped and very, very comfortable. It is within a few minutes walking distance from restaurants and, of course, only 10-15 minutes drive from so many things to do. The views from the property are of mountains and even in mid-August they had snow on. Would highly recommend this rental.

  The condo is even more charming in real life than in the pictures. It was everything described and more. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. So close to the red line stop and town, yet far enough away from the night life to enjoy the quiet. Great correspondence with the owner. We would definitely stay there again.

  We've stayed in several Mammoth condos over the years. Everything considered, this was the best. We initially rented the condo for five weeks, but ended up staying there for nine weeks (the fall weather held up, the condo was available for the longer period, and Rita was flexible and cooperative). After that long, you know the rental and the location pretty well! The condo was clean, well-maintained and reasonably priced. It had the basics for living (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee papers, etc., etc.). The location is excellent (within walking distance of virtually all of our retail needs). The view was quite pleasant (surprisingly few residences in Mammoth have views). Rita was a very hospitable hostess, caring and responsive to our requests and comments. The condo complex is well-managed (thank you, Mike Sr. and Mike Jr.). We'd definitely return.

  We spent a wonderful long weekend in Mammoth at Rita's condo and had a great time. Easy location with wonderful views of the mountains. Pictures very accurately reflect the place, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen well stocked. Everything you need including coffee filters, paper towels, plenty of bath towels, etc. Would highly recommend. Thanks again for sharing your lovely spot with us, just wish we had been able to stay longer!

  The condo is furnished beautifully. The wood burning fireplace is a big plus. Loved it!

  Great place to stay. The views were amazing,shuttle stop is soooo close, and many amenities. Towels, extra blankets, firewood, games, DVDs and a well stocked kitchen came in handy. There were even little shampoos and lotions just like a hotel. There wasn't much privacy because it's a loft not two bedrooms. But that didn't matter. This place was so cute and convenient and much cheaper than many other rentals. I hope to come back in the future.

  We had a great stay in this condo in Mammoth. It was very tastefully decorated, and had a great mountain feel to it. The beds were very comfortable, and the couches great to relax on. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware we needed to make our meals, while the big dining room table sat our family very comfortably. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing trip to Mammoth, regardless of whether you're skiing, hiking, biking, or doing absolutely nothing!

  My family had such a wonderful time staying at Rita's condo. It is in a great location; very close to and easy to get to everything. A great part was the ease of parking right in front of the place. Unloading all of the ski equipment wasn't such a daily chore due to this fact. I would definitely make this place my first choice when we return to Mammoth some day.

  This condo was great! We were so glad to have chosen it... The shuttle was even closer than I thought, just around the corner. We cooked all of our meals there and were never at a loss for any kitchen tools. I also love the fact that the decor was not the typical cheezy "mountain" look you see so often. I would love to book this unit again...

  "Mammoth Lakes is a terrific getaway, and this condo is a terrific retreat. The view of the mountains from the deck is a knock-out for cocktails or intimate dining, and the beds super-comfortable after a long day outdoors, though I recommend a dip in the hot tub first! Well appointed, clean, stylish, great location - what more could you want? Go!"
