Great Summer Rates - New Village Luxury Condo. You're invited to experience ultimate luxury in one of two fabulous 1 bedroom family-owned condos. Completely designer decorated.
Each condo has a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, beautiful stone fireplace, living room with dining area and breakfast bar, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and beautiful slate floors, washer/dryer large full bath with soaking tub, separate shower, private balcony and the most spectacular views of the New Village and the Carson Range.
Included is state-of the art audiovisual equipment, flat screen televisions, CD/DVD players, high speed internet and/or wireless, garage parking, and separate ski locker storage, fitness center, and outdoor hot tubs.
Both condos are located in the heart of the new village at Northstar a true ski-in/ski-out location. No shuttle buses or long lines. New gondola lift to the Ritz Carlton right out the back door of the building. There is a fitness center and hot tubs in the building as well as a new heated pool a few steps from your front door. Booking with us will give you access to Old Greenwood with all its amenities: golf, tennis, pool, spa, and fitness.

Our family enjoyed this condo for our week-long Easter break. The location was great with views of the mountains and villagers walking below to the shops and lifts. We cooked almost every night in the fully- equipped kitchen. The owner is wonderful to work with! We will absolutely be back for a stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This unit was in great condition and such a great view overlooking the village. The amenities and convenience of having everything within walking distance was a huge plus. We are completely spoiled now, and won't be happy with any other location from now on.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We recently enjoyed our first family ski vacation here with our two young boys. The owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond. Perfectly located with easy access to everything that Northstar has to offer. Short drive into Truckee and Kings Beach for additional fun things to do. This condo had everything we needed and was a cozy retreat after a long day on the mountain. We would stay here again, definitely!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We just stayed here over over the New Year's holiday. The location is perfect for pure convenience to ski, shop or just hang out by the ice rink in the village and check it out. The unit is clean, attractively decorated but yet comfortable. Everything in good working order. It worked lovely for my family with two small kids - huge king bed for the parents and pullout couch for my two little ones. Would be excellent for a couple getting away for the weekend. Will definitely look to stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This review is for the month of September. Everything was perfect. We arrived late at night, but the keys were waiting for us at the Hilton. Parking was super convenient. The whole apartment was very clean, not to stuffy, and right in the middle of the village. I LOVED the bathroom. Being there with a 2 year old was easy to manage. We had a wonderful time. And the correspondents with the owner was very fast and easy, especially as we book on short notice and besides some scheduling issues. We would definitive be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was the perfect condo for our ski break trip. The condo is beautifully appointed with a high quality furnishings. The spacious bathroom and well-appointed kitchen were big pluses. We walked everywhere in the village with ease. I would highly recommend this condo and I hope we will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Perfect location in the village. Perfectly appointed. Convenient to everything especially when you have a little one. Love the parking and ski lockers as well as comfortable, beautiful space. This is a beautifully appointed unit right in the heart of the new Northstar Village. Fresh and clean, with everything you need to make a great get-a-way. Great location, yet still quiet. About the owner: We grew up back east where the snow and skiing was not the best. Each year we would take week-long ski vacations out west. Fortunately, after moving to California 11 years ago, we were able to purchase our own piece of heaven on earth. The Lake Tahoe area is breathtaking summer or winter. The beauty in winter is the amount of skiable terrain you find. Everyday can be another mountain, another challenge, another adventure. We love our second home at Northstar, and hope you will reap just as much pleasure and joy in staying with us.

We just love the convenience of the new village at Northstar and the family feel of the area. Park your car in the heated underground parking and never take it out until your ready to leave.
