The Rose of the Rockies is a cozy townhome located in a Cul de Sac with great views of Pikes Peak. This townhome is close to major shopping centers and great restaurants. Just minutes away from the airport, downtown Colorado Springs, and military bases.
This lovely Rose is a two bedroom, one and half bath townhome with all the amenities of home. This townhome has a quiet private shaded deck that is great for grilling.
Now accepting reservations for the winter skiing season. We are close to major ski resorts such as Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin. Enjoy a beautiful mountain drive to nearby hot springs located in Buena Vista and Glenwood Springs. Other activities available nearby are gambling in Cripple Creek and Blackhawk or just a short drive to Denver, Pueblo, and Woodland Park.
Great sightseeing locations include Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Broadmoor International Hotel, Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center, Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge with helicopter tours, Flying W Ranch, Pueblo Reservoir, Cave of the Winds with evening laser show, summer renaissance festival, Labor Day Hot Air Balloon Festival, Spring Spree Festival. Colorado Springs has a great night life with clubs such as Rum Bay, Maxi’s, and The Ritz.

This townhouse was great. My husband and I took our granddaughter to see her Dad stationed at Fort Carson. The ad very accurately describes the townhouse except they forgot to mention how SUPER CLEAN it is. We travel quite a bit and have never encountered a unit this clean. The only downfall to the unit in our opinion was the bed, it was not as comfortable as we had hoped. Now this could have been due to the fact that we drove for 22 hours to get there...but we would not let this keep us from staying in this unit again. It is very close to lots of attractions. Most of all, we felt safe in the unit. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area especially Fort Carson. It was a 15 minute drive to our son's home. We will be back.
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We spent 8 nights here. We found everything as described in the ad. It was clean and had everything we expected and more. It was close to so many attractions. The kitchen is very small, but also very well equiped. We chose to cook several meals, and found all the equipment that we needed. The beds were very comfortable, also. Not knowing what to expect, we took pillows and blankets, but there were plenty already there. This was our first experience with anything like this, but will definitely do this again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children.
