My wife and I stayed at this house the month of Jan.2011,and wished we never had to leave.The owners two great Canadians have thought of everything you could ever need.This house is not your average rental it is top of the line.Sun City Festival is a very friendly place with the best pool and hot tub you could hope for.The golf course is in great shape. Thank you John and Marie for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. PS pool table best I have ever played on.

My wife and I had a great time over the Xmas break in Phoenix, we have kids and grandchildren in Phoenix, so the house was perfect for our family gathering, big kitchen and plenty of room. The area is great for walks and if your into running, you will find miles and miles of trails by the foot of the mountain and you can start your walk or run right from the house. We also had a chance to visit the wild animal park about 15 minutes from the house, had a great time. We are looking forward to our next visit and once again staying at the same house.
