The person at the desk was not cooperative at first but then helped with our parking. The property was clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this to others. The view of the ocean from inside and outside on the balcony was beautiful.

Overall the condo was very clean and well maintained. Beutiful view from the balcony and the condo had great amenities. The only problem was a couple of the outlets in the kitchen were not working so we had no use of the microwave. Also you need to update the stereo. It is a radio and cassette player. At least upgrade to a cd player. Overall the stay was still very good and had very little issues.

We certainly enjoyed our time in this condo. It was just as described and was even larger than anticipated. We had everything that we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The property was very clean and very well maintained. The view was beautiful and we even saw dolphins swimming by every morning. We will definitely try to rent this condo again and would recommend this condo to our friends. Special note: the furniture on the balcony is perfect, I take issue with plastic outdoor furniture which I did see on many of the balconies. But this condo has very comfortable and sturdy furniture.

The condo was beautiful. It was the perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend. It was exactly as described online. It was very clean and the view was beautiful from the balcony. The owner was very helpful and great to work with. The entire property of Phoenix X was very nice and clean. The kids loved the indoor pool. There was 35 people in town for the wedding so if you are looking for somewhere to accommodate that many people for dinner Lulu's and The Hangout did a great job. We hope to come back soon!!!!

This condo is in a fantstic location! This year we went to nearby Pensacola and watched the Blue Angels practice. It was awesome! Well worth getting up early during vacation to see. The balcony was perfect when watching the sunrise & the sunset each day. We have stayed in this same condo for several years now and it feels like home! Looking forward to next year's trip!

We had a delightful time at Phoenix X. Our condo was lovely, almost everything was provided (except salt & pepper!). The view from the balcony is fantastic. The weather and surf lovely. A good time was had by all. I (grandma) especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Thanks.

Check-in process, etc. was seamless and went very well. Unit #306 could definitely use some updating. The bedding, wallpaper, and shower curtains were very outdated and would have been a lot more desireable had they been nicer. The kitchen lacked a good sharp knife and plastic mixing bowls. The kitchen itself was very outdated compared to some other units we looked at while enjoying our stay in Orange Beach. The view from the balcony was fabulous, the pool was wonderful...especially the kiddie pool. The access to the beach was wonderful (can't complain) and Phoenix 10 itself was great! Thanks for the fabulous vacation...the only thing I would recommend is a little TLC in the unit to make it look a little more "homey" and appealing to the eye. Thanks!
Owner response:We do an inventory of items each Fall and Spring and all items such as knifes and bowls are usually replaced. These will be replaced with the inventory in the next two weeks. As far as the bedding and wall paper we find that taste varies from person to person and we keep all 15 of our condos up to date with modern decorations and decor. Owner

Completely enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and homey. Vacilities were exceptional. Pools were clean and convienent. Axcess to the beach were as easy as it gets. This unit made the difference our stay , can't wait till next year.

My family had a good time during our visit. There were a few things I wish had been different but we didn't let them spoil our trip. The condo needed a little TLC. There was a sagging valance in the living room, the drier wasn't working, and the cleaning crew might have needed a bit of encouragement to do a better job. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets and the floor in need of a good cleaning. The condo was advertised to have a recliner in the master bedroom which was the main reason we chose this particular condo so we were disappointed not to find one as my husband has to sleep in an elevated position due to health reasons. We spent most of our time on the balcony or in the pool so we just overlooked the other stuff.

This third floor condo has a great view of the pool and beach. Easy walk to the famous Floribama Bar ... two nice pools (indoor and outdoor) .... Close to the Wharf or movie theater and many choice restaurants. Would definitely rent this condo again!

We rented this unit for our girls trip. There were 5 of us and we had lots of room! Could easily sleep 6 or more! This unit was very accomodating! It had everything we needed! Very clean and nice. I would certainly stay here again. I LOVED the location. We walked to Florabama every night! The only thing was the dryer took a very long time to dry clothes.

our stay at 306 was a very plesant stay.from march 21st. to the 27th.check in was very easy to set up rental with the owner.we realy liked the condo it was very nice and roomy and location was very good to.close to all the good restrants and bars.vew from room was great. we could see our teenage daughters from the balcony was good to keep an eye on them without following them around.indoor pool was great also.

Very nice condo. Loved the full washer and dryer and having the full size dishwasher. The third story location was good for keeping track of family on the beach. Resort is literally next door to FlorBama. Good size indoor pool and three indoor hot tubs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at the condo, including large pots for shrimp boils. Could reccommend this condo to anyone.

Our family had a wonderful vacation! This condo is conveniently located to the local attractions and shopping areas. The indoor and outdoor pool area as well as the beach access was great. Our favorite thing was having dinner on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful gulf view. Making reservations was a breeze and our deposit was refunded promptly! Can't wait to go back!!

This condo was awesome!! It was very spacious and met all our needs. It offers great views from the balcony. As soon as we returned I booked the same 4 night weekend for next year. The unit was great. There was plenty of space for my family to spread out and we had a nice vacation. Pools were nice, but a little disappointed that outside pool was not heated as it had been during a previous visiit to Ph 10. Check in was a breeze and staff very friendly and accomodating. You won't go wrong here or with this unit.

WOW!!! What a wonderful experience, from the booking of the unit to checking out, everything was perfect. It was everything promised. The views were beautiful, the unit was spotless, the heated pool fantastic as was the gym. I could possibly go on and on about how great the unit and area was but I will not bore you. But I will say this that we will book this unit again and again. Our only regreat was having to leave. Thanks Kelly!

This condo was fantastic! Very spacious and very comfortable. The beach was clean. The pool area was wonderful. Views from the balcony were beautiful. We stayed at the beginning of October and the weather was perfect. More importantly the condo was excellant. The location of the room made it easy to get to the beach and not have to wait a long time for an elevator. The view was fantastic. The Phoenix 10 was located near several good places to eat as well as stores for basic food and necessities. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this condo especially if you have a group of about 6. We had 6 and a child and there was plenty of space for us all. In general, Orange Beach is a much better place to stay vs. Destin, Panama City, Pensacola because it is less crowded but it has the same kind of beach.

This was probably the best condo that we have stayed at out of all of our vacations to O.B. Everything was super nice and spacious. The views were great, and the beaches weren't too crowded. Hope to come back soon!!!!

Our family of four had a great time and were very pleased with this unit! It met all of our expectations and more, and we would recommend it to our family and friends. The owners were very easy to do business with, and were very prompt and responsive to questions.Phoenix 10 is the last building in Alabama going towards Florida. The building is fairly new and is well maintained. There was always someone in the lobby, and they seemed to be a nice, helpful staff. There are plenty of grocery stores, shops and restaurants to the west (within 3 to 5 miles).This is a large unit! While I’m sure that is relative based on the size of your home, but to us, this was a very spacious unit with a large balcony. Being on the third floor, it is a straight shot from parking to your front door for loading and unloading. Being on the third floor also makes it easy to get down to the pool or beach and back.The kitchen was well equipped as far as dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, etc.. All of the electronics (TV’s and stereos) worked well, and the stereo had jacks for me to connect my iPod. I saw several people using laptops, and it appeared WiFi was available, although I never took my laptop out of the bag (best idea!).The balcony! As mentioned before it is a nice size, with plenty of room for six or more people. You do not have total privacy from others on their balconies, in that you can see others on their balconies, but this was not a problem. You are looking over the “adult” or deep end of the pool. Being on the third floor, you are not far from the action, but we were amazed at how sound-proof the doors were when closed. There was a table, and six or eight chairs, but you did not feel crowded.The beach is very nice with easy access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental (about $85 for two chairs and an umbrella for a week). We did have a few problems with Jellyfish, but that appears to be an occasional problem at all of the beaches. The sand is white, and stays cool most of the day. Available on the beach in front of the condo were Parasail and jet-ski rentals.The pool is large, and chairs were almost always available. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. The exercise room was a good size with nice equipment (and good view). Never had to wait for someone to finish, yet there were always five or six people in the room. FloraBama. Definitely not a reason to avoid the Phoenix 10!

Phoenix X is a great unit. 306 has a great view of the pool and beach. We enjoyed the raquetball courts and tennis courts as well. There was always something for the family to do, even if it rained:) Would stay here again in the future.

The rental of this condo is as easy as it gets. The condo itself is in a great location in the building. If you enjoy a balcony... You have a wonderful view of the ocean but you are also very near the pool and barbeque area. The condo is nicely furnished and clean. The rate was pleasing to the pocketbook compared with dealing with Brett Robinson. Great overall. Highly recommend!

Great condo. Phoenix X has great indoor and outdoor pools. Beach is excellent. Exercise room has a good assortment of machines and cardio equipment. Unit 306 is decorated nicely and spacious. Checkin/out was very straightforward. Had a great time there.
