Destin Florida Vacation Condo
You are invited to my beautiful Condo on the beautiful white sands of the Gulf beaches. Southbay by the Gulf, is a community of privately owned townhomes. Just park in your parking spot in front of the condo and walk a few feet to your door and avoid all those High-Rise Headaches, no elevators, no roads to cross, no lobbies, no high balconies!
Available on site are: Swimming pool, kiddy pool, and two lighted tennis courts, lake with fish and turtles.
My spacious lakeside 1300 square foot homes are beautifully decorated. Central Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, microwave, full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans, TVs, VCR, DVDs, private patios are but a few of the amenities to make it feel just like home.
Master Bedrooms are artistically decorated, having Queen bed, TV phones, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, plenty of linens, and private baths. Other bedrooms are equally pretty with full-size and twin beds with their own bath, too. There is ample room for all to bathe/dress to go "out on the town" for dinner at any of Destin's wonderful restaurants or shopping at the marvelous Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Stroll the beautiful grounds and enjoy tennis, shuffleboard, or feed the ducks and turtles in our 5 acre freshwater lake. Fish at your leisure and enjoy the beautiful Sunset on Destin's magnificent emerald waters.
There is a $200 reservation/security deposit required upon booking
which converts to a damage deposit upon check-in. The deposit will
be promptly refunded provided satisfactory departure and no damage to unit or contents.

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. We had - my husband, my 3-year old son and I had a great time here. When we came the house was so clean and neat. We cooked a few things and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Everything is so comfortable. The lake is so relaxing, the beach is GREAT!!! My son enjoyed playing with the white sand, jumping in the waves,watching the turtles and ducks, and chasing the pegions. The house is in a great location, close to everything.
