We are currently occupied through April 2010, but are taking reservations for the busy days of spring and summer in Walla Walla!
Located just across from Whitman College at the end of Main Street downtown, and neighboring a city specimen garden park. A quick 2-minute walk to the restaurants, tasting rooms, and shops of Walla Walla (and only a few blocks from Safeway for all of those necessities).
Our 1931 cottage, which we call VillaWalla, was designed and built as 2 separate homes, each about 1,500 sq.ft. The larger side was thoughtfully and tastefully remodeled in late 2007 to attain a sense of period style and comfort. This beautiful 3 story portion of the home has 2+ bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths (in total, one tub, 2 showers, 3 toilets).
On the upper floor you will find the beautiful master with a queen bed, TV, large walk-in closet and charming, roomy (9'x 10') separate sitting room with a privacy door; it provides a twin pull-out ottoman, or you can use the extensive space for your travel crib, or simply enjoy some quiet time. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, walk-in closet and TV. The walls are plaster and very solid, making it a quiet home that warms quickly in the winter and cools nicely with the central air-conditioning in the summer.
You will appreciate the lovely living room, fully-remodeled kitchen and half bath on the main floor, which is truly perfect for entertaining. All of the utensils you need to cook and stay home for the evening are provided, if you choose to have a family or a romantic dinner. Big windows let in plenty of sunlight. On nice days you can take advantage of the large gas barbeque, covered dining patio, and privacy of the fully-fenced backyard.
On the lower floor you will find a finished basement/game room with ping-pong, foosball, darts, and TV, as well as a large capacity washer & dryer if needed.
There is a very spacious (200+SF) separate addition to the house that is conveniently located off of the kitchen. This room currently sleeps an additional 2 people on a very nice LaZBoy super comfy pullout sofa and has a flat-screen TV, full bath with shower, its own entrance, and double doors out to the pleasant backyard.

Villa Walla is fully rented through April 2010, prices shown apply to May 2010:
Weeknights $125 (Sun-Thurs), weekends $165 (Fri & Sat)
Event weekends $225/night
Peak season weekends (Apr-Dec) 2 night minimum, regardless of price.
Cleaning fee....$85.00 for your entire stay!
Lower weekly and monthly rates are available - Please call for info.
A $200 fully refundable damage deposit is required for all guest stays.
The full balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. We also accept PayPal!

We loved your sweet little house in the heart of Walla Walla. The space was a great escape--we had plenty of room for our two families and enjoyed the outdoor patio area, backyard and game room. All these amenities made the space very kid friendly. Now all you need is a hot tub for the parents! We would definitely stay again and thank you for opening your home to us! P.s. Your tips were great. We never would have found the Hangar on our own and the happy hour was fantastic.

My friends and I rented your place in WW Feb 5-7th. I just wanted to thank you for a very lovely weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and were so grateful to have a place to just hang with our kids and their friends, and not have to be stuck in a hotel. The game room downstairs was a great entertainer. We hope to come back some time when it's warm so that we can enjoy your lovely yard as well. Keith and Kim, Thank you for the use of your lovely home. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Walla Walla, and what a great home you have. We ate at Clarette's both Friday and Saturday morning and T. Maccarone's on Friday evening... Wonderful! We also took your recommendation of The Ice Berg, which was yummy. After all day wine tasting on Friday and Saturday, we decided to pick up a Papa Murphy's pizza and stay in on Saturday night. The house was very quiet with just the two of us. Again, thank you! We really did have a great time and look forward to visiting again some time soon.
