Only a few kilometres from the beautiful “White City” of Ostuni and the attractive beaches of the Adriatic coast, lies Terra Sessana. Each property has been tastefully furnished and features stone-vaulted ceilings, original stone flooring and stone fire places. The Masseria is a grand two-storey building from the 19th century and consists of 2 large living areas with stone-vaulted ceilings and fireplaces, a fully-equipped stylish kitchen, four double bedrooms, a single bedroom and 3 bathrooms. All the furnishings, tones and colours have been designed according to the rules of the ancient art of Feng Shui in order to create a truly tranquil and relaxing environment. In the gardens, landscaped with plants, flowers, lawns and centuries-old olive trees, is a large stone pergola which shades the al fresco dining area by the swimming pool.
The Trullo is set in its own walled garden and has been charmingly restored to offer comfort and tranquillity in a peaceful setting. All the original architectural features have been preserved, from the two trullo cones to the characteristic archways and paved floors. The house consists of two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, lounge/ dining room and a small separate kitchen. The private swimming pool is located in the garden and offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
The Lamia is an ancient apartment with one double bedroom, one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a delightful garden and a private pool, in beautiful landscape. The stone vaults and the ancient decorated tiles create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
