  This condo is so cute and so fabulously located. It is right in the heart of the boardwalk busy zone so there is something to do or look at all the time. The condo is very well equipped. The bathroom waterfall showerhead is amazing. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. There is nothing else you need. The pool is nicely heated and right outside your door. You can walk to the Hollywood Trolley or the water taxi is a nice day, taking you to the canals in Fort Lauderdale. We can't say enough about this condo. We showed it to friends from Canada that we ran into during our stay. They had paid much more for a week in a very dated motel efficiency room. If this condo is available when you are planning your trip, I would highly recommend it. The owner was so nice to deal with and readily available.

  My husband and I stayed here for his 50th Birthday, everything is as described and in a great location steps to the beach. The bed was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. We have booked to come back already in November. The owner, Rachelle, is just great, I would definitely recommend this property to friends/family/or anyone looking to rent a home rather than stay in a hotel in the area.

  The condo is as described and as the pictures portray. Up to date, comfortable, pool is right out the door and beach is a short walk. Beach umbrella, towels, chairs, everything you need is provided! The owner even lent us beach toys for our 18mo which was great! This really was a great deal and we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it!

  I've stayed at this condo several times already - it has everything! Its modern, clean, comfortable has a pool and is steps from the beach and boardwalk. The bed is comfortable and the rain shower is just the perfect way to relax after a long day out in the sun. The property itself is pretty quiet and is family friendly. The owner, Rachelle, is just great and always takes care to makes sure there are fresh, clean linens and bedding and that the place is spotless for her guests. She is always very welcoming and accomodating. I visit the Ft Lauderdale area several times a year and always make sure that I book a stay here. I would definitely recommend this property to friends/family/or anyone looking to rent a home rather than stay in a hotel in the area.

  After scanning the internet for two months, I keep coming back to this condo, It is everything the ads say, Great Location, close to Trolley and Water Taxi, Single story building, Front door opened to the pool, only 3 other units in our courtyard, Tastefully decorated, Great Shower, Chairs & Beach Towels, Clean, Clean, Clean. This is the kind of condo that I show to other Owners that want to rent their property and tell them "this is how it's done" Will be my first call when I go back to Hollywood Beach...Thanks

  If you are looking for a super relaxing, easy, beautiful beach vacation this is a perfect place! Our biggest decision of the day was pool or beach? Easy access to fort lauderdale and Downtown Hollywood. The place is clean and comfortable and is literally 15 steps to the beach and boardwalk (food, shops, bike rentals)! We had a fantastic time and rachelle was helpful and really nice to work with.

  .we love this place. Very nice condo, big enough for 4 people with the pool at 5 or 6 steps and the boardwalk and the beach at ½ block or less this very well kept condo is absolutely the best. We loved it so much that we are going back on saturday for another 4 days and plan to go back again and again. Thank you Rachelle G. Charette Gatineau Québec Canada

  The condo is in a small block of four condos, all with direct access to the pool. The condo has been refurbished to a high standard and had everything we needed to hand. We found the condo to be clean and well laid out. In fact, I now have some ideas for my own kitchen! We had two children aged 11 & 7 with us for most of the time and they slept comfortably on the pull out sofa bed. The beach at Hollywood is just a stones throw away and has many places to eat and drink along the broadwalk. We'd highly recommend this property and we fully intend to visit again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  Stayed here in March 2010. The property is attractively furnished, and has plenty of room for a couple and much better value than a hotel. Literally 30 yards fromt he beach and broadwalk.Decent pool and a very quiet relaxing small development. Everything was as described and would highly recommend.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
