This cottage is a true retreat from your cares and worries. It is literally steps from the beach, yet it is very private with live Oak Trees surrounding the non ocean front views. You feel like you are in your own quiet and peaceful world nestled in the trees yet overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean.
The interior was updated in 2007 and is bright and cheery. The great room has abundant windows and vaulted ceilings. This has never been a rental before. The furnishings, carpet and amenities are in excellent condition. The kitchen is well stocked for creating wonderful meals at home. There are numerous restaurants in the area also for a special night out.
There are loads of activities for the kids - many of them in walking distance. Bike rentals are available and there are miles of wonderful bike paths for exercise or to take you to the shops and ice cream parlors.
There are incredible ocean views from the furnished observatory deck. The cottage itself has an easy one level floor plan. Queen beds in the master and second bedroom, bunk, single with single trundle in the third bedroom. There are four CCTV's and four DVD players in the cottage.
