The Nihilani at Princeville, was built in 2006. Our unit, the Mahina, is Nihilani's most spacious floorplan.
Our corner unit on the upper floor, boasts over 1970 square feet of living space. The roomy 2-bedroom, 3–bath luxury townhome has central air-conditioning and 2 large, furnished, covered lanais to enjoy Bali Hai, distant ocean and golf-course views.
This new and elegantly furnished home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and features two Master Suites – one with a King-sized bed and one with a Queen-sized bed. Each suite has a full bathroom with tile showers and granite vanities, and there is a soaking tub in the King suite. Spacious, walk-in closets are featured in both suites. There is also a king size sleeper sofa in the living room.
All furnishings and decor are new and of the highest quality. The gourmet kitchen features granite slab counters, eating bar, custom kitchen cabinets, and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, modern dinnerware and glassware. There is a 50 inch plasma television, and a Hi-Fi stereo system with DVD, CD and MP3 player, free high speed wireless Internet access, and house phone.
Everything in the professionally designed interior is highly upgraded - and absolutely gorgeous. The classic tropical ambiance is reminiscent of gracious plantation lifestyle of old Hawaii - but with all the modern conveniences.
