Welcome! Our family vacation home can be your next holiday destination. Beach Villa 14 is a wonderful place to spend a summer beach vacation with your family, or it can be a quiet winter get-away. Our condominium has a view off the back deck of one of the most popular beaches on the east coast. Hilton Head sports 12 miles of wide, flat sugar-sand beach, and our villa is just a short 100 yard walk to this beach paradise.
Hilton Head Beach Villas is a spacious 30 unit complex located on one of the most prized beachfront properties on the island. With only thirty villas in the complex, HHBV is one of the lowest density complexes on Hilton Head all sharing a spacious courtyard and pool area that opens onto the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Beach Villa 14 is a three floor split level condominium with over 1400 square feet. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. The dowstairs bedroom has two twin beds, and the downstairs living room has a convertible queen bed.
We recently completed extensive interior renovations in preparation for the upcoming rental seasons. New paint, carpet, sliding glass doors, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and furnishings make our vacation home a fresh, wonderful place to visit. In addition, the Hilton Head Beach Villa Owners Association recently completed exterior renovations to the property, which include new decks, roof, paint, and a privacy fence that surrounds the complex. We stayed here in May 2010 when my extended family traveled to Hilton Head for my brother's wedding. The condo was perfect - clean, well organized, close to the beach, close to everything yet still quiet. The layout of the condo was great for families - the adults could gather at the mid-level, while kids could play and watch TV on the lower level. And the pool and beach were so close. The owners were great to work with, very helpful. Loved it!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This condo was fantastic - clean, neat, and fully furnished. The owners were easy to communicate with, and attended to all our needs. We love how the kitchen table expanded and extra chairs were provided - we were able to have my elderly aunt and uncle over for dinner, who live locally. We truly hope to return to this wonderful home - we won't look anywhere else!

This condo has it all...everything you could need inside and out! The condo itself is very well maintained and recently renovated to be more up-to-date. Even though the condo itself was beautiful, the weather was, too! We spent most of the time outside by the pool or relaxing on the beach. The walk to the beach is quick easy and the private access is an added bonus. Hilton Head has something for everyone and makes for a very relaxing vacation. We will definitely be going back soon!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this Beach Villa in May and truly had an outstanding time. The Villa was clean, spacious and very well furnished. Great pool and the beach is literally in the backyard. I would highly recommend staying at this Villa.
