Why the Owner Chose Kure Beach
Kure Beach is an upscale family beach, that is quite private in a beach sense. FantaSea was finished two years ago and was designed, built and furnished as our family residence. I am sure you will soon realize that we did not take the age old approach to a rental home. We have tried very hard not to throw generic or traditional rental furnishings in FantaSea, and hope that you will realize, appreciate and cherish all of our thoughts and generosity. We only rent the home for roughly 14 weeks per year and occupy it the rest of the time. The main living area has mostly German contemporary furniture that resonates style and class. Throughout the rest of the home we have used very classy and chic furniture that you do not find in rental homes normally.

With 3600 square feet of designer inspired interior finishes, this three-story impeccably crafted home, houses six large bedrooms and six full baths (4 master suites with a private full bath in each of them, two bedrooms with full baths just outside their doors). Some of the amenities we offer are: private pool (sanitized by the new SALT System which does not use Chlorine and professionallly maintained) Large screen, plasma and Flat screen TVs with either cable dvd or both, Rec/bonus room. Inside the home are three king beds, two queens, and two sets of bunk beds (all of which are a very high quality and very comfortable- no expense spaired) and a Brand new sleeper couch in the master as well as a crib. The Master suite has ginger maple hardwoods, gas fireplace, large walk in closet, and a built in entertainment hub, while being enveloped on three sides with inspiring ocean views. A master bath, which can only be described as “breathtaking”, includes imported stone on floors, walls, and shower. Our family owns and operates the premiere rental homes on Pleasure Island for discerning clientele. We have meticulously structured these properties to be "Once in a lifetime" experiences. They are our personal residences and they only rent specific times of the year as they are reserved for our family in the off season. They have been designed, furnished and decorated as private upscale residences that are aesthetically breathtaking yet warm and relaxing. All items in the homes are superb quality from the high thread count linens, furniture and bedding.
