Renovated luxury one bedroom apartment A comfortable size of 55 m² on first floor ( one above street level) with original parquet features and ceiling mouldings: Features a large bedroom with designer en suite bathroom with teak floor which is very quiet onto courtyard and wardrobe
There is a fully equipped and large kitchen with a small table and four stools for breakfast
The superb sitting room is 25 m² with sofa bed convertible high quality (queen size withhotel quality mattress) and an second single 90 cms fold out sofa style bed
There is a separate bathroom with shower for guests sleeping in the sitting room. There are double glazed windows on the street side to reduce any street noise.
The sitting room also has a very large dining table for six.
The wc is separate near entrance door to apartment.
The kitchen is entirely equipped with combination microwave/oven, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, utensils and glasses and mugs and pots and pans.
The building is a smart 18th century construction with parts dating from 17th century with a well know Parisian florist next door! It is opposite a passageway with direct access to the Palais Royal, one of a series of passageways frequented by the musketeers in the times of Cardinal Richelieu who lived in the Palais Royal at that time.
The Gallerie Vivienne and Gallerie Vero Dodat are two of the finest covered arcades on the other sides of the Palais Royal and have boutiques and wine merchants (LE GRAND et FILLES) and antique shops..
Rue de RICHELIEU is incredibly central and only a short walk or metro ride from St Germain and Opera and the Musee D Orsay.
