Your Villa is on the first floor and offers great convenience to you and your children with the pool and boardwalk to the beach just outside your back door. You can enter the gated development and park directly in front of your Villa and walk in the front door without the trouble of elevators or stairs. This is also true at the rear of the Villa when you and your family come in from the beach or pool. Your patio is on the ground floor and offers ample storage space in addition to offering a great place to sit, relax and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets.
This development is located on Scenic Highway 30-A and is directly across the street from Gulf Place which offers many amenities including concerts, shopping, crafts for the children and restaurants. Seaside and Grayton Beach are also nearby with their many shops and restaurants. The paved bike path runs in front of the Villas so you can bring your personal bike or rent one across the street at Gulf Place.
Your Villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and private bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with private bath. Each room is equipped with TV, VCR and/or DVD player. The den has a 37" flat screen LCD TV and VCR and DVD player. The den also has a stereo and sleeper/sofa.
