Completely renovated in the spring of '08. Slab granite kitchen and bathroom counters, all new cabinets, stainless steel, custom travertine showers, hickory hardwood floors, 48-inch LCD tv - all new!

This desirable end-unit townhouse is three stories, three bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a king in the third bedroom. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room, one cot and a pack n' play. Perfect for families or couples vacationing together.

Our unit is a short walk (approx. 200 yards) to the free, Town of Vail bus stop on Bighorn Road. Hop on the bus and be in Vail Village within minutes. The bus runs 3 times per hour during ski season, once per hour in the summer.

The Vail Racquet Club has recently undergone a $3 million renovation. It boasts a state-of-the-art fitness room with new Cybex machines, year-round 25 meter outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, aerobic, yoga and pilates classes and outdoor tennis. Steam room and sauna, massage and personal trainers are also available. Relax by the fire in the new Racquet Club lobby and enjoy wireless internet access. There is a small charge to use the facility, which is not included as part of your rental fee ($10 adult, $5 child).

These amenities are just a short walk from our townhouse.

Rental policies:

We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Remaining 50% is due 21 days prior to check-in. There is a security deposit (amount depends on length of stay), and a non-refundable $139 cleaning fee.

  • Great house to rent for a ski vacation. 3 Large bedrooms make it great for famliy and kids. Well stocked kitchen and nice TV and fireplace make it comfortable for lounging around after skiing. Steps from the bus route in East Vail this is a very affordable vail rental.
